The connectivity in our society is excellent, with various public transport options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs easily accessible nearby. Within a 300-meter radius, we have markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for residents. Garbage collection is prompt, with multicolored bins utilized for disposal. Our society maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with no reported mobile network problems or waterlogging concerns. CCTV coverage is extensive and functional throughout, contributing to our robust security system. Security guards are present and efficient, ensuring the safety of residents. We take pride in our vibrant community spirit, marked by the celebration of cultural events and festivals together. Additionally, our amenities including the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and children's play area are all well-maintained, enhancing our quality of life.
The primary issue I've encountered in the society relates to parking space. Being a tenant sharing the apartment, I have my car, but with only one allotted parking space, parking chaos ensues at times. Additionally, during heavy rainfall and storms, water seeps into rooms through the windows, causing property damage. This highlights a need for improved construction quality. Despite maintenance charges, the infrastructure in the society seems lacking, especially concerning amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, where separate charges are incurred. As a tenant, I don't interact much with other residents, and there seems to be limited interaction among people overall.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Everything is available within 300 meters around the society. Garbage collections are done on time. Multicolored bins are used for garbage disposal. The road quality outside the society is good for which water logging issues does not happen. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. Mobile network issues are not faced. There are no such water logging issues faced around the society. CCTV is avilable and works properly all over the society. Security system is good Security guards are available and they are very good. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained.
The main issue that I have faced in the society is of parking space, as I stayed on rent in the society and I was sharing the appartment, I have my car but the parking space that's alloted is only one, for which parking chaos happens at times. The issues that arise in the residents has to be done by self, society does not take any responsibility if it. During heavy rainfall and storm, water comes inside the rooms from the windows which creates a lot of damage to properties, construction quality needs to be improved. According to the maintainance charges taken there should be more infrastructure in the society, for using amenities like gym ,swimming pool and club house seperate charges are taken apart from maintainance. However, I don't interact much with people as I am a tenent here, People also interact much.

Furthermore, the construction quality leaves much to be desired, as issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems persist, causing inconvenience and potentially compromising the safety of the buildings. Although the society offers a swimming pool as an amenity, I have refrained from using it due to concerns about its quality and maintenance. Garabage collection by society maintenance team on dailybasis they collect from the door. elevators are well maintened. Sharing auto rickshaw easily available near to the society. Well maintained society with all essential amenities like gym,swimming pool and club house.
Poor connectivity in terms of accessibility of public transport. Would need to depend on autos/rickshaw for connectivity in case of no personal vehicle. I used auto rickshaw to for metro station metro is around at 2 to 3 km.

It's a nice neighborhood with a great school nearby and accessible hospitals. The construction is good, and there's plenty of open space. Plus, residents have access to a gym.
No swimming pool available here.

The maintenance quality of the society was satisfactory with regular cleaning. Transport connectivity was also satisfactory with easy availability of metro and autos. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Residents were friendly and celebrated festivals together. The security system was also well maintained.
The construction quality of the society was average as the infrastructure was quite old, so some seepage issues could be noticed.

The only thing that was good there was connectivity because schools, hospitals, everything was available nearby and public transport was also easily�available.
There were a lot of restrictions for tenants, parking was not available. If you were a tenant, you either had to buy parking from the owner of any flat of the committee or you had to pay the tax outside the committee at your own risk and in the society. Even after paying the maintenance charges, extra charges had to be paid for the facilities, and a tenant, and there were a lot of seepage issues in the flats and a lot of termite infestation. The construction quality�was�very�poor.

All services are provided on time, and the connectivity around the area is good, with schools and hospitals nearby and a metro station nearby, ensuring easy access to public transport. All amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available in the society, and the residents are also very friendly and cooperative.The maintenance services are excellent, with garbage collection done on time and cleanliness well-maintained.
The resident mentioned that they are not facing any issues in the society and they are waiting for further development.

Connectivity was very good. It was centerally located. Metro station was also close by, public transport was easily available. Maket area was closeby. Society was maintained and cleaned properly. CCTV and lift everything was installed in the society. Power backup was also available. Seelan and seepage was not an issue in the society. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, pool were there in the society and they were well maintained. Neighbours were friendly and decent.
There was nothing that I didn't like in the society.. Evrything was decent for me.
