Good things here
The society is well-connected, with easy access to autos and cabs, and the roads are in good shape. Hospitals and markets are nearby, enhancing convenience. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks. The electricity and water supply are reliable, and the buildings are well-ventilated with good plaster and fittings. Designated parking is available for residents. Amenities like a gym, garden, swimming pool, play area, and clubhouse are well-maintained. Regular garbage collection is ensured, the neighbors are friendly, the elevators work well, and a security guard is always on duty for added safety.
Things need improvement
The society organizes various activities regularly for resident's enjoyment, fostering a sense of community and fun. There are no dislikes, as everything is kept in excellent condition and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant living environment for everyone.

Good things here
Very clean and hygenic society. nearby markets,malls,supermarket all are there. connectivity is very easy.
Things need improvement
Metro is so far from the society , you have to go metro via auto. construction is very old type . no swiming pool is there.if you are renter so when you enter on the room and when you left from the society you have to pay extra amount.

I have been living in a 2BHK apartment alone and got their best indulgences including major security services, 24×7 CCTV surveillance and proper maintenance till now.

I'm not going to go into too much detail because it'll be a long list. As a matter of fact, I absolutely adore this place. The people in the area are really kind and welcoming. Everything about this place is really excellent

The environment is safe, but moderate flooding occurs during the monsoon. WFH has an extensive cellular tower network. i love it here

I've been here for a long now, and the project has me completely enthralled. I especially like the superb cellular connection, which I didn't have in my former home, as well as the safe environment and fast community maintenance.
