I Own a flat in the society, but now currently living in bengalury, woh maine rent pe dediya hai. Connectivity of society is amazing, auto cabs easily milta hai. I use Uber, and easily aata hai woh. Metro bhi paas mein hai Hud City centre. Personal vehicle bhi use karta tha main woh bhi badiya tha as roads were very nice there , koi gadde nahi hain roads pe. Maintenance charges are quite nominal. Construction quality is strong , 18 saal pehle bani thi still 7. 8 richter scale proof hai. RWA strong hai society ka. Ventilation accha hai society flats mein. At my time, saare owners rehte the in a quite helpful environment. Location is amazing, walking distance pe DPS School hai, roads acchi hain. read more

Society 18 saal purani built hai toh isliye seepage ka issues toh hai flats mein. Gym chota sa hai kaafi and there are no other amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse in society. As old society hai, modern cheezein nahi hai usmein like sliding doors & windows. Open space bhi kaafi kam hai society mein as kam area mein bani hai society. Parking ki dikkat hai, 1 car ka space allot hai, now 2 ka hogaya hai per flat, agar kisi ke paas more than 2 vehicles hain toh issue hai phir. read more

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very well connected to roads, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society.
Markets and super markets are very close to the society.
This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained, no such maintainance issues are seen.
CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society.
Lifts work properly.
The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats.
No such water logging problems are faced in this society.
Other amenities like gym, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained.
People are very good in the society, they are educated and decent people, festivals are celebrated together. read more

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is very well, with routes connected to the main road. Maintenance is well-handled, addressing water supply and logging issues promptly. Construction quality is satisfactory, with no seepage or leakage problems. There is a room designated for society meetings. Residents are generally friendly and cooperative. A shopping complex and grocery store are nearby the society lane. read more

The building, being very old, requires improvement in the plaster quality of its walls. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, as well as a play area for kids, are not available. Additionally, there is no community hall in the society. Celebration of festivals is done individually. read more

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good in the society, and there are no issues with water logging. We don't face any problems with termites or seepage either. We have a gym, clubhouse, and play area in the society. There's also guest parking available. Our neighbors are very cooperative and friendly. read more
