The society had guest rooms, which is a facility not available in most other societies. Owning a home in this society was our dream. Public transport was easily accessible. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. The society had all modern amenities, and water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was maintained, and the maintenance charges were justified. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was enough greenery. There was a 10-foot gap between each building, ensuring good ventilation and ample sunlight in the homes. The residents were decent, and all festivals were celebrated together.
The roads near the society were very narrow, which often led to heavy traffic jams. During the rainy season, these roads experienced significant waterlogging.

The society has all modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park. There is reliable water supply, Security and parking facilities are good, and the road connectivity to the society is convenient. Additionally, there are indoor and outdoor games available, and a function hall that can be rented for personal events, including festivals.
There are some manageable issues with leakage and seepage. I have no other issues regarding my society. Everything works well, and I'm satisfied with the overall environment. The amenities and services meet my needs, and I find the place comfortable and convenient. The people here are friendly, and the maintenance is reliable. Overall, it's a pleasant place to live without any major concerns.

Festivals are celebrated in the society with joy. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
There are amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park are available in the society but they are not well maintained . No other issues in the society.

The residents of the society are good; everyone celebrates and participates in all events and festivals. The society's connectivity is decent due to nearby supermarkets, grocery stores, and vegetable shops located outside the society. Excellent maintenance facilities ensure that issues are addressed and fixed promptly, with no water supply problems. Amenities such as a gym, play area, and outdoor badminton courts are available for residents to enjoy.
I moved out of this society. The swimming pool in this society has been non-operational for the past three years due to maintenance issues, and there are also minor leakage problems due to lack of construction quality.

The connectivity of this society is excellent because, within walking distance, there are several schools, supermarkets, and pharmacies conveniently located. Within a 1km radius, hospitals, bus stops, shopping malls, and the JNTU metro station are situated, enhancing accessibility for residents. Maintenance facilities are also commendable, with an ample number of housekeeping staff available for cleaning, and a reliable water supply serving all residents. Moreover, amenities are allowing residents to enjoy a clubhouse equipped with a gym, community hall, and indoor game facilities. Additionally, there is a swimming pool, multiple play areas with equipment, a supermarket, and a clinic within the community.
Sometimes pool maintenance is very poor, with no cleaning performed regularly. Additionally, the construction quality is not great, leading to minor leakage issues.

The connectivity is excellent, with Ratandeep shopping malls, schools, and hospitals nearby. Security is ensured with security guards and CCTV cameras, and there are no issues with water or power cuts. The surrounding community is friendly and supportive.
The floor cleaning and car cleaning services are inadequate, requiring improvement to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance for both indoor and outdoor areas within the premises.

The connectivity of the society is excellent. Within a 500-meter radius, residents have access to a wide array of amenities and facilities, including schools, hospitals, markets, and shopping complexes. Additionally, there are amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, park, children's play areas, and excellent walking paths around the community. Maintenance facilities, such as regular cleaning, uninterrupted water supply, and well-functioning elevators, are always available. Security is also ensured with competent staff.
The only problem is that there are some seepage issues arising from the construction, which has only been completed for 7 to 8 years. These seepage issues stem from a lack of construction quality.

The air quality and ventilation are excellent, although the main road is a bit distant. The environment is peaceful, with exceptional housekeeping services ensuring cleanliness both inside and outside. Construction quality is outstanding, and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and walking path are available. Surrounding residents are cooperative and friendly in this society.
There are traffic issues outside Nizam pet during congested evening times, which can cause delays and inconvenience for residents commuting to and from this society.

The society is strategically located in one of the main centers of the city, boasting excellent connectivity. Situated near the main road, it offers easy access to a variety of essential amenities within a 2km radius, including schools, supermarkets, hospitals, ATMs, and restaurants. The water supply is reliable, with no reported issues regarding water quality. The community is known for being friendly and proactive in addressing society-related matters. Additionally, the well-constructed buildings provide good ventilation, and there are plenty of amenities like a swimming pool, gym, community hall, and play areas. Ample parking space is also provided, adding to the convenience of residents.
During my time there, about 2 years ago, I observed that the association's members remained consistently the same, and they frequently demanded money from residents for minor issues. However, there seemed to be a lack of proactive effort on their part to actively resolve these issues.
