IT hubs and business are now moving towada the northern part of the city, finally! Areas like Yelahanka, Jakkar, Hebbal and Bagalur. Several infrastrucure improvements are now visible in the locality. I purchased a apartment in this society in Phase 2. The swimming pool, Connected towers with 3 side opne. The balaconies and windows are well constructed. There are green areas with greenary. The kids play area is also there. Parents can be seen with their todlers spending time in the open space. Some good schools and hospitals are located within 2 KMs of the project. Phoenix mall is located just 2 km away. The Project is spread across 10-11 acres with 70% open space. There is ample parking space for residents and visitors. The security is excellent with 4 guards posted on the main gate with app enabled entry and exit. The water supply is good. The rent yield is also good.
A modern gym is missing. The pool water should be for chlorine level, had a red eye after swimming

I am living here for last 7 months. I can say this is one of the balanced society in terms of amenities, spacious apartment and connectivity with the major landmark across the city. The apartment are beautifully constructed. Main door are not facing other flats, privacy is good. The garbage disposal is also good with maintenance staff ensuring all common areas remain hygienic. The road outside the apartment are well maintained and well lit. There is no seepage in the property have rented.
The rent is higher compare to the other apartment in the society in the same segment. Finding a maid would be difficult. Creache and day care are charging excessive as they are very feww in number. The security check is one area where the society should be more linient. Asking same information every time within 30 mins is too instrusive.

The maintenance of the society is good. The pool is well maintained and the parks are adequately taken care off. The common area including lobby and the entry gate are well taken care off. The ceramic tiles inside the apartment gives a good look. Sliding windows in each balcony ensures the ventilation is good. There is a temple outside the main gate at walking distance. The entry gate have good security and well trained guards. the greenary is excellent with plantation across the open area with circular stones
The construction quality could have been better. The cement near the windows and kitchen are has started coming out. The maintenance staff significant time in responding to plumming relared requests. The AC vents had blocked balconies as the society doesn't allow them to install else where.

I am staying as a tenant in this apartment for last 2 years. The surrounding is neat and clean. There is no traffic jam as the locality is well connected with the highway via Sahakarnagar main road. There are good hospitals, market, temple and restaurants within 2 min drive. Zomota, swiggy are easily available round the clock. My apartment is at 10th floor facing the tree farm. The view is amazing during rainy season as there is no building blocking the view. The bedroom has wooden flooring with almirah and dressing room. The apartment are spacioius.
The security checks should be relaxed. The parking area remains unattended. Install more CCTV cameras inside the premises as well.

Many IT tech parks, hospitals, schools are located within 5-6 km of the project. It is located away from city noise and you can feel the fresh air in the mornings. The apartment size are decent with good ventilation and sunlight. 3 side open apartments with large balconies. There are 2 parkings for each flat one open and one covered.
The flooring has dulled in just 3-4 years. The maintenance is on the higherside. People just put their garbage bag outside their door. Pet owners should ensure hygyiene during taking them on walk

It is well connected with metro and public transport. It has all amenities one would use like 24x7 security, gym, indoor games, tennis court and a beautiful swimming pool. It is well connected with the rest of the city with the RKVK road. It is a well constructed building with a beatiful view of nearby tree farm.
The power cut happens frequently adding up to the maintenance bill. The outside road near the highway are congested during peak hours. There is no gas pipeline in the society

I am living with my family. My mother is old age and hence hospitals in close vicinity is a must. Thankfully the hospital is nearby. There are temples, parks and greenary in the area. There is no noise pollution or any other issue. The maintenance of the society is good. People are also educated and well mannered. The lifts upkeep is nicely done by the maintenance.
Celebrations should include north indian festivals as well. A small shop inside the society would help.

The society is ideal for working class people as there are many amenities and the excellent connectivity with the IT/Tech hubs. Most of the people living here are working class across the country. This is a high demand society due to good maintenance and connectivity. Many owners are from the south bangalore who have purchased this as an investment property.
