Good things here
the gates villa society is very well developed with great amenities. The club is well maintained and is great for daily workout and weekend dinners and there is ample facilities for kids including a great pool . The new upcoming airport is nearby as well

Good things here
Residing in this society has been an exceptional experience. The connectivity is outstanding, making travel hassle-free. The maintenance is impeccable, guaranteeing a tidy and well-maintained setting. The construction quality is remarkable, and all the desired amenities are readily accessible. Additionally, the neighbors are extremely friendly and inviting. I'm absolutely delighted with my decision to live here.
Things need improvement
I've been living in this society for a while, and I have to say, everything here is exceptional. The connectivity is superb, making it easy to get around. I genuinely believe there's nothing that needs improvement. I'm completely satisfied with my experience here.

Good things here
We have good connectivity with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, and modern amenities like a well-maintained gym and clubhouse. The neighbors are very nice and always ready to help. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and garbage collection is regular.
Things need improvement
There�s no nearby medical facility, and there are issues with pets. We have seepage problems, and plaster often falls off due to poor material quality. The drainage is poor, leading to waterlogging outside, and the roads are in bad condition. There�s also no segregation of waste.

I am really impressed with our society! The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. The maintenance is always done properly, ensuring everything is in top condition. We have great amenities available, and the neighbors are all good and friendly. It's a fantastic place to live

I really enjoy living in this well-maintained society. Everything is top-notch, and there is no need for any improvement. It's a wonderful place to call home.

Good things here
The maintenance in the society is excellent; everything is taken care of promptly, like lift maintenance and cleanliness. All the amenities are available, and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
Public transport availability in the area is limited. I've faced issues like seepage and leakage in the flats, and the society is not fully pet-friendly.

This society gives us the vibe of Officers colony if anyone ever lived there before ,, its clean , peacefull , calm .
Things need improvement
Only thing which is not good is connectivity to the famous market or hospital of greater Noida. If there is one thing to fix is transport.

Asking for a review of one of India’s finest project is really tough. Firstly let me talk about design and construction- façade is imposing and made of glass. Every villa is finely designed with modern touch. Also, there is the ultra posh neighborhood with all billionaire neighbors and business tycoons in Noida. Park, security, children's play area, fie safety, gym and other amenities are worth to be here. Neighborhood is ultra-safe with the best facilities. Water logging is however a great leveler since it creates traffic jams at times once stepped out in the Noida highway. Yet WFH is a breeze with good mobile tower and serene ambience overall.

I love residing in Paramount Golfforeste Villas because of the location and modern amenities offered. The designated play areas for the children include an artificial lake, a park with joy rides as well as a toy train, a separate centre for shopping, a shuttle service provided to the residents Eco-friendly development, a Laundromat for the convenience of the residents. Every room in the villas is finely designed with modern amenities and spacious areas. Moreover, there is very peace around and quite away from the highway. 24/7 security along with regular water, makes it worth to stay at.

If I am to be unapologetically honest and unabashed about my feelings then I must say that I feel like a King in some parallel universe. Wake up to gorgeous sea views. Experience the huge array of sports facilities, restaurant, cafeteria, library and all other helpful things like valet parking, laundry and concierge. The location is perfect to reside with family; also it is close by to business hubs like Gurgaon and other parts of Noida. Every room of the villa is perfectly and royally designed. Also, the fixtures, tiles and other aspects are perfect and top-class. Investing in these villas is perfect.
