The apartment is in a location that is surrounded by conveniences, in terms of public transport, shopping, restaurants, schools, office spaces. The apartment itself is full of very responsible and active community of residents who care for the well-being of the residents. Even though it is very close to the ORR, it does not get noisy the moment you turn into the pathway to apartment. The apartment itself boasts of 2 balconies with plenty of sunlight flowing into it, making it a very nice place to relax during the day, and with 1600sqft of space, there is a lot of room inside, even for a family of 5.
nothing much to speak of, except for the fact that it does not have a dedicated gym / garden area. However, this particular flat has a dedicated, spacious passage that allows you privacy to maintain you own green space :)
