Connectivity with cabs and autos is excellent, with services available within a walkable distance from the society, making commuting very convenient. The security services are efficient and very responsive, ensuring safety within the society. Public transportation, such as buses, is available within a walkable distance from the society. There is also a food stall nearby, which is very convenient for quick meals. The swimming pool is well-maintained within the society, and parking facilities are good, ensuring ample space for residents' vehicles. The metro is available within 500 meters from the society, providing easy access to rapid transit. The greenery in the society is very good, contributing to a pleasant environment. The overall cleanliness of the society is excellent, and the maintenance is well-managed. The railway station is available within a walkable distance from the society, making it very convenient for train travel. The water facilities are very good, with reliable power backup systems in place. Garbage collection is efficient, keeping the area clean and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor in the society because it is a 20 years old building , but there are minor cracks. There are some small maintenance issues, but they are manageable. The gym is very small, with only 4-5 machines available, making it less suitable for a larger number of residents. The clubhouse can accommodate only 50 people at a time, which might be insufficient for bigger gatherings. Additionally, there is no visitor parking in the society, which can be inconvenient for guests.

Good things here
Maintenance ensures good water accessibility, reliable power backup availability, and efficient garbage collection services. Construction quality is very good, with minimal issues observed. Connectivity is convenient with cab and auto services easily accessible. The security services are reliable, ensuring safety within the society. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers, making medical care easily accessible.
Things need improvement
Cleaning should be improved in the society. There is also noticeable traffic and noise outside, which could be addressed for better living conditions.

Good things here
Auto, bus are nearby the society and easy to get from the society and they do not need to go far from the society. Neighbors are decent and supportive in the society. There proper security in society and cctv in the corridor in every floor. Building strong without any cracks and leakage.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities in the society like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, park, and garden for the resident for their relaxation and workout within the society.

Good things here
The society's convenient location next to my office, with a nearby metro station and mall, and the availability of basement parking. It was generally well-maintained, and people were friendly.
Things need improvement
There was constant noise from nearby railways, and the construction quality, while decent, indicated it was an old and very small society. Amenities like the small swimming pool and gym were okay for me but might not have been satisfactory for others.
