Plus, the maintenance services are commendable, adding to the overall satisfaction of residents.
While the society itself is good, there are some concerns about the construction quality, particularly with a seepage issue in one of the bathrooms. Another drawback is the lack of public transport options nearby, which could inconvenience residents who rely on it. However, for those with their own vehicles, transportation is manageable.

The main services of the society are quite good and well-maintained. Cleaning is regularly done, and garbage collection is timely. All amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, garden, and clubhouse are properly maintained. The residents of the society are also friendly and cooperative. Additionally, the connectivity of the society is amazing, with easy access to public transport and well-built roads of excellent�quality.
There is a slight seepage problem in the society, but it's not a major issue. Apart from that, there is a bit too much interference from the local residents, which I feel should be reduced. Other than these aspects, there are no issues�in�the�society.

Maintenance was good, and everything was easily accessible. The view was very beautiful in the area, and the society was open and located in a good area. CCTV was working properly, and there was a park. Connectivity was good in that area, and everything was easily accessible for people who go to work daily, with facilities of public transport like auto, bus, and taxi available.
There were numerous issues with maintenance, and the builders were not addressing them. Amenities were also lacking, and maintenance was nonexistent. The managing team should improve the construction and overall management of the property.
