Connectivity with cabs and Uber is easily accessible in our society when booked online. We benefit from excellent water facilities that operate 24/7, along with reliable power backup. The recent completion of building painting enhances the aesthetic appeal of our surroundings. Garbage collection is efficiently managed with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. The greenery within the society adds to its pleasant atmosphere. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available for residents to enjoy. Nearby hospitals are conveniently located, ensuring quick access to healthcare services. The society maintains high cleanliness standards with daily and bi-daily cleaning routines. Additionally, there is a consistent daily water supply to the flats, ensuring residents' comfort and convenience.
The construction quality in our society is substandard, evident from seepage issues in the bathrooms and kitchen due to the aging building structure, which is approximately 20 years old. These structural issues contribute to ongoing maintenance challenges. The maintenance charges are steep, amounting to around 18,000 rupees every three months. Public transportation options are available but are inconveniently located 1-2 kilometers away from the society, with the nearest metro station under construction about 4 kilometers away. Unfortunately, the staff's response to addressing issues is not prompt or satisfactory, adding to residents frustrations.

I appreciate that elevators are well-installed and maintained, providing convenience. The construction quality of the spacious apartments is excellent, with no issues like seepage or termite infestation. The POP finish adds an aesthetic touch. The garbage collection with segregation of wet and dry waste, along with reliable electricity and water supply, contributes to a clean and functional environment. Each resident having designated parking, along with amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool being well-maintained, enhances the community's appeal. Good connectivity with easy access to public transport options such as buses, autos, and cabs, as well as well-maintained roads, adds to the convenience. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby is also beneficial.
I haven't interacted much with the neighbours, so I can't comment on their friendliness or cooperative nature. Otherwise, everything else in the society seems to be running smoothly without any major issues.

Transportation is very good; there are metros nearby the society within 2 kilometers. Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available within walking distance or if booked via Ola, it will be convenient. Maintenance of the society is very good, like the water facilities and power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. There is no visitor parking in the society. The railway station is nearby, so there is a lot of noise pollution. Also, there are a lot of noise complaints due to other reasons in the vicinity. The noise pollution is very severe in this society.

Pet dogs are allowed within the society. Security is also very good, and there is ample parking space in the society. Visitor parking is available in the society.
Connectivity is not good in the society, especially during inconvenient times like between 5-6 pm. Amenities are not available very conveniently. There is no market nearby the society.

Security and parking facilities of the society are great. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
I didn't participate in the festivals of the society much . No issues in the society at all, it has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay . No issues regarding connectivity, maintenance , construction or amenities. I am completely satisfied with my society.

There is no problem with parking, and there are no issues with pets. The lifts are working well, and people do not face any problems. There are malls and clinics nearby. The neighbors are good, they talk nicely and are helpful. Cleaning is done on time, and security is active all the time.
It is very convenient for people to live in the society because everything is available nearby. People in the society do not face any problems, and all the amenities and facilities are working well.

No painting has been done recently; it has been a long time since the building had a fresh coat of paint. New painting is needed for the entire building.

The society where GR Lavender is situated is basically recognised as a peaceful place for living which is beneficial for the residents. Hence, the main road is located a little bit away from this property.

GR Lavender is surrounded by an ample amount of greenery so that this housing complex can look more attractive towards every visitor. The maintenance charges for staying in this property is higher than other complexes.
