Good things here
The locality is very good in the society, with ample greenery and convenient connectivity with cabs and autos easily available. Garbage collection is commendable, as they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities such as the gym are well-equipped, and ventilation within the flats is excellent. Having nearby schools within a convenient distance is also beneficial. Additionally, public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance of around 300 meters from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society, including seepage problems in both bathrooms and bedrooms of flats. Maintenance charges are high, and parking areas, as well as visitor parking, are congested. The water facility is not satisfactory, with poor water quality due to its sourcing. External issues like cracks on walls are also observed, and the maintenance of the old lift is inadequate. Given that the buildings are around 18 years old, repainting hasn't been done yet. Additionally, amenities such as the swimming pool and clubhouse are not well-maintained.

Good things here
Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained in the society. Cabs and autos are also available if we book Ola and Uber within the society. Power backup is provided as well. Ventilation within the flats is excellent. Schools are conveniently located nearby, within a 200-meter walking distance from the society. The parking area is very spacious, with designated visitor parking areas. People are friendly and cooperative within the society.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection is not satisfactory in the society; it's not done in a timely manner as per the government system, and additional charges may be requested for collection. The water facility is also subpar, as water is sourced through tankers, leading to increased charges due to water issues. The construction quality is poor, given that the buildings are approximately 20 years old, resulting in numerous seepage issues in bathrooms. Additionally, the water quality is very poor, often containing dust particles.

Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance, approximately 300 meters away from the society. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking areas are very spacious in the society. There is visitor parking available in the society. Hospitals are available within a 3-4 kilometer radius from the society, which is very convenient. We can celebrate all the festivals in this society; it is very enjoyable here.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues outside the society which are very inconvenient. There is also pollution in the society. Street dog issues outside the society are very inconvenient as well.

Good things here
We have plenty of greenery with well-maintained trees and plants, creating a pleasant atmosphere. In terms of connectivity, residents can easily access essential facilities like a bus stop, supermarket, vegetable market, and medical shops within 1 km. The street lights are functional, and there's ample parking space available. As for amenities, we've got a range of options including table tennis, a basketball court, a gym, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a children's play area, a walking track, and a community hall. The people around here are friendly and always willing to help out. Maintenance-wise, we enjoy a reliable 24/7 water and power supply, with garbage collected every day. The lift is in good working condition, and construction-wise, there's proper ventilation and ample sunlight in the balconies.
Things need improvement
In this society, the roads are in poor condition, filled with potholes and cracks, which can be quite inconvenient.

Bus services are available within 100 meters, and the nearest metro station is about 1 kilometer away. Maintenance charges are reasonable at around 3000 rupees per month. Shops and eateries are conveniently located within a 1-2 kilometer radius. The society offers amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, tennis courts, kids play areas, and well-maintained indoor facilities.
Things need improvement
Due to its age of around 15 years, the construction quality of the building is poor, leading to numerous leaks and seepages within the society. These issues are particularly noticeable in the bathrooms and kitchens, causing inconvenience to residents. Unfortunately, the traffic issues stemming from these problems are difficult to resolve, adding to the overall inconvenience.

Good things here
I am using my own vehicle. Basically, at this time, the road quality is good, and the street lights are functioning properly. We have good parking space, and our society is near supermarkets, 1 km from the main road. We have a lot of schools, hospitals, groceries stores, and petrol bunks nearby. Maintenance-wise, they collect garbage, wet and dry separately, and they clean properly every day. 24/7 water and power are available, and amenities like a gym, park, clubhouse, community hall, badminton court, basketball court, lawn tennis court, children's play area, walking track, and garden are all there. The surrounding people are good and cooperative, and we celebrate a lot of festivals together.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion in our society has become a significant problem, causing delays and frustration. Efforts to alleviate congestion are necessary for smoother transportation and improved quality of life.

Connectivity is easily available in the society, with Ola and Uber accessible. Autos are available outside the society, making transportation convenient. Maintenance is excellent, with cleaning staff doing a great job in apartments and gardens. Metro stations are also nearby, within a 1 km reach. Public transportation like buses is available within 50 meters, and bus stands are nearby. The greenery in the society is very good. Hospitals are also nearby, within 1-2 km, making it very convenient. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, football court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the lifts is poor; it takes some time for repairs. It will take almost 4-5 days to resolve. Maintenance charges are expected to be reasonable.
