Elevators, along with uninterrupted electricity and water supply, ensure residents' convenience and comfort. High construction standards guarantee homes free from termite issues, with proper ventilation and quality fittings. A strong sense of community prevails among residents, characterized by friendly interactions and a welcoming atmosphere. Safety measures, including CCTV surveillance and round-the-clock security, prioritize residents' peace of mind.

The highway is just a 2-minute walk from the society, providing excellent connectivity with malls, cinema halls, markets, and public transport easily accessible nearby. Water is available 24/7 and is clean, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The people are nice, and festivals are celebrated together. The lifts are well-maintained, and bachelors are allowed. Additionally, there is 24/7 power backup.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities like a gym, swimming pool, garden, and play area. As a result, children end up playing in the parking area.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Paintings are done on time. constructuion quality is very good in the Flats, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Park is available for the kids to play. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society
Things need improvement
The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. There are water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is not good around the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. CCTV is not installed inside premises of the society. Lifts are not available in the society.
