Good things here
Hospitals, Schools and Malls are very nearby. Huda CIty center Metro is nearby. Cabs Auto are available eaisly. Maintaince is very good. Open parking is available. All working professional stay there. There is no water or power shortage. Power backup is there.

Traffic issue during peak office hours. Construction quality is decent and not very good as its a old building.

Good things here
Well connected with metro station, cyber city, Vyapar Kendra market and Gold souk mall. It is posh location in the heart of the city.
