I've have been living in this luxurious, well architect society since 2023. It's located in Seshadripuram, Bangalore. It is in the prime location of city and beautifully connects to the major parts of the city including Airport and Railway stations. It is well equipped with all modern ammities including rain water harvesting, gyms, clean parks, green open spaces, playing arena, wifi connectivity, cctv installations, power backup, library, event halls etc. Additionally it has nearby shopping malls, school, ATMs, restaurants, temple, hospitals, IT hubs, bus stop, metro station and other civic ammities. It offers well ventilated and crafted 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments in affordable prices which can also be an ideal choice for investment. I would highly recommend this society for a lavish and comfortable living.
My major concerns would be it's high maintenance charges and they also charge brokerage from tenants. Further the main road is bit narrow which often leads to traffic jams. It has small group of maintenance staffs too which isn't sufficient. But still i think these things are very much manageable considering the top notch facilities we are getting here.

Nearby amenities include grocery stores, parlors, hospitals, bus stops, shopping complexes, and clinics within a 1. 5 km radius. The road quality is good, with functioning street lights and available parking space. The apartments enjoy proper ventilation and ample sunlight. Amenities such as a gym, playground, swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and community hall are available for residents' enjoyment.
There are issues with cockroaches in this society, posing hygiene concerns and discomfort for residents. Addressing this pest problem promptly is essential for maintaining a clean and healthy living environment.

The positive aspect of this society is its easy accessibility to all major amenities. Supermarkets, a shopping mall, medical stores, and bus stops are all within walking distance from the society. Additionally, the metro station is conveniently located just behind the society. Moreover, the main road is nearby, facilitating smooth commuting for residents. The maintenance of this society is excellent, with regular cleaning, 24/7 water supply, and daily garbage collection services. The construction quality of the buildings is also top-notch. The society has excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, reading room, table tennis, yoga rooms, gym, and clubhouse, all of which are well-maintained for the residents' enjoyment and convenience.
The society is quite an old establishment, lacking amenities such as a mini theater or significant recreational activities within the community.

Connectivity is excellent in the society, with cabs readily available when booked through Ola and Uber. The water facility surpasses that of other societies, and there's reliable power backup. Residents are friendly and cooperative, celebrating every festival together. Garbage collection is efficient, conducted daily door-to-door. Additionally, the parking area is spacious and convenient within the society.
The maintenance charges in the society are high. The construction quality is very poor, with many wall leakages. Unfortunately, there is no designated visitors' parking area in the society.

The maintenance facilities of the society are also good due to regular garbage collection by municipal workers. The society's roads are always well-maintained, and the elevators undergo monthly checkups with proper maintenance. All residents have easy access to amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, and ample parking options. Additionally, there is a children's play area available.
The society's constructions are old, so there are often problems with seepage in washrooms and some pipeline issues.

In this society, around 400 families reside. The connectivity of the society is excellent due to its elevated location. Within a 2km radius of the society, there are several schools, hospitals, supermarkets, MG Road, and the railway station, all easily accessible. Top-notch amenities are available inside the society, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball court, temple, and play areas. The construction quality is commendable, as water leakages have never been observed, and the entire society was recently repainted. Maintenance facilities are also of high standard, with regular garbage collection and an efficient committee that promptly addresses residents' concerns and resolves issues.
I moved out of this society around 2 years ago. During my time there, there was ongoing construction of Mantri Mall, which caused some traffic jams near the community.

In this society where we have been residing for the past 16 years, approximately 405 families currently reside. There are a total of four towers within the community, each comprising 17 floors. This society has good amenities for residents, including a supermarket, medical shop, salon, and parlor. Additionally, we have a clubhouse, a spacious playground, a swimming pool, multiple play areas, and ample parking options. Connectivity within the vicinity is excellent; within a 5-minute walk from the main gate a school, a clinic, and a mall, all easily accessible. The residents here share a close bond, living together like a family. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with no issues regarding water supply. One of the most appealing aspects of this society is the availability of flats at the best prices in Bangalore.
The construction are bit older so there are problems with seepages in washrooms and sometimes drainage problems.

I moved out of this society around one year ago. During my time there, the security features were excellent, with 24/7 security at the main gate and security personnel stationed at all the blocks. The society's location is extremely convenient as it is situated in the center of the city, with all major amenities within walking distance. These include a school, a supermarket, and a shopping mall. The environment outside the society is always lively, with plenty of people around, ensuring one never gets bored. Inside the society, residents enjoy good amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse with indoor game facilities, and excellent outdoor sports facilities. The majority of the flats are designed with proper ventilation, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
There are several issues with seepage and water leakage in the building. Maintenance has been consistently poor, resulting in many areas of the society being unhygienic, including amenities such as the swimming pool.
