Good things here
The clubhouse has a gym and a swimming pool, both of which are well-maintained. Cleanliness is upheld. The lifts are maintained properly. Water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated. There are no leakages or seepages in the flat. Autos and buses are easily available near the society. There are schools nearby.
Things need improvement
There is a school very close to the society, which causes traffic issues during school hours. There is no cricket ground in the society. I have a 1BHK apartment which is not very spacious and does not have adequate ventilation.

It's been 16 years since I've been living in this society, and my experience here has been really great. The society is well-connected to the highway, making transportation easily accessible. The quality of the roads outside the society is excellent, and there are no issues with anything. One of the best parts is its proximity to the airport, which is very convenient. The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no problems regarding leakage, seepage, or any infrastructure defects. The society offers a health club, swimming pool, gym, squash court, hall, garden, and everything is well-maintained and fully functional. Allocated owners' and visitors' parking is available 24x7. Water and electricity supply is consistent. Daily cleanliness is maintained with garbage being segregated into red and black categories. All festivals and functions are celebrated in the society, with multiple events happening throughout the year, from Holi to Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and more. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the building's upkeep is handled by a dedicated team. Pets are allowed in the society, but strict rules and regulations must be followed�by�pet�owners.
Things need improvement
The railway station is far away from the society, which is inconvenient for residents who rely on the Mumbai local railway. There are two stations connecting to the society, Kandivali and Borivali, but it's challenging to find an auto-rickshaw to reach Kandivali station. Pets are not allowed in the society for tenants, and if a pet causes any disturbance, the tenant may not be allowed to stay�in�the�society.

Children particularly enjoy the expansive park, providing ample space for recreation. Renowned for their warmth and hospitality, community members cultivate a welcoming atmosphere. There was no issue with anything everything was good. People were great and welcoming nature. Although maintenance can improve more. Amenities like gym swimming pools and clubhouse were there.

There were no issues with seepage or leakage. The residents of the society were friendly, cooperative, and overall pleasant. There was nothing that needed improvement.

There was no issue with anything. Everything was in good order, with no problems. The residents are friendly, and the society is well-maintained. There were no issues with seepage or leakage. However, the presence of stray dogs is a significant concern in the society, causing difficulties for the residents.

There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats, and all modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The lifts are regularly serviced, and cleanliness is consistently upheld throughout the society. We enjoy uninterrupted water supply 24/7. The residents are courteous and well-mannered, contributing to a pleasant living environment.

The metro station and railway station are not close by; it takes approximately 10 minutes by auto to reach them. There is moderate traffic near the society. Hospitals are not situated nearby; only small clinics are available in the vicinity.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. roads are properly made outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Maintainance charges are not high. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Greeneries are properly maintained. Parking space is available inside the society. Security system is very good in the society. Security guards are available in the society. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society.

As there are nearby school area the society is getting very conjusted with traffic issues are car honking is creating disturbances during that time. The area is getting very crowded. If parking are done on road side then car damage is faced a lot like glaases breaks.

Inside parking for visitors is available in the society, albeit limited. However, the roads outside the society are not up to the mark, posing challenges for residents and visitors alike.

Buses are running on both sides of society, so there are no issues with transportation. The society offers amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and park. construction and maintenance service very well maintained.
Things need improvement
The slight issue with the roads is that they are often under construction or in poor condition, leading to occasional traffic congestion and some waterlogging during heavy rains. Unfortunately, the society does not have a clubhouse. Initially, a polybag was provided for dry waste disposal, but it has been discontinued�recently.
