Connectivity via local cabs and Uber is easy for booking Ola and attending events. Maintenance of the site is excellent, with good water quality, available power backups, and efficient garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. Parking facilities are well-maintained and spacious, with no issues with waste collection. Residents of the society appreciate the high standards maintained here. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and tennis courts are well-equipped. Maintenance care is reasonable and reliable. Parking spaces for both residents and visitors are abundant and secure. Construction quality is high, with no reported leaks or issues. The community fosters a safe and friendly environment, making it a desirable place to live.
Things need improvement
The nearest metro station is inconveniently far from the society, requiring a considerable distance to travel. Residents find accessing metro services quite inconvenient.

Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facilities are very good, with reliable power backup available 24/7. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or leaks in the society. Cleanliness standards are very good; these facilities are very well-maintained in the society. Connectivity is easily available for Uber and Ola bookings if we book through them.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse are available, but the mainatenance is very bad in the society . In gym the all equipments are very old. . Maintenance costs are expensive, as we pay 5000 rupees every month. Greenery is not sufficient; they are still planning to improve it. There is a lot of traffic noise due to the nearby highway. The society has a noisy pollution.

There is a significant issue with traffic congestion outside the society's vicinity. This causes inconvenience for residents. The pool system also faces challenges. Schools are nearby, but there is a need to improve traffic management. Residents often face challenges with parking solutions.

Good things here
I love the good connectivity here, public transport like autorickshaws and cabs are easily accessible. There are schools and markets nearby, from which we get our daily essentials. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is great. They have a proper system for regular garbage collection, segregating wet and dry waste. We also have reliable electricity and water supply. There's a swimming pool and clubhouse available for use, and the neighbors are really friendly. The elevators are well-maintained too.
Things need improvement
One major drawback is the swimming pool, which often remains closed due to dirty water. While there's a clubhouse, I don't use it much, so I can't comment on its maintenance. Other than that, there's nothing significant to complain about. Everything else is well-maintained and in order

Things need improvement
Getting an autorickshaw can be a bit of a struggle. Although we have amenities, the pool and gym are quite small for the size of the society. Cultural programs and get-togethers are rare, limited mostly to flag-hoisting on Independence Day. The neighbors, while not disruptive, aren't particularly friendly or engaging. Other than these points, everything else is fine.

The connectivity of the society is good, with supermarkets, grocery stores, offices, schools, and hospitals within a 1 km distance. The road conditions are good, with ample parking space available. Maintenance-wise, there are no issues with water and power, and the lifts are well-functioning. The premises are cleaned regularly with daily garbage collection. The community is peaceful, and people do not disturb you. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available. I have never faced any construction issues; the rooms are well-ventilated.
Things need improvement
Street lights in the society are currently not functional, causing inconvenience during nighttime. We request immediate repair to ensure safety and visibility for all residents and visitors.

Timely cleaning is completed, and constant security is in place. The neighbours are friendly, helpful, and have excellent conversations. In this civilization, pet problems do not exist. Things need improvement
There is a bit of a parking problem in the society because people do not have allotted parking spaces. There is also a bit of a water issue. Autos, rickshaws, and buses are far from the society, so people have to wait a long time for transportation.
