Good things here
I have no issues at all with this society; everything is wonderful here. The construction quality is top-notch, with no signs of leaks or cracks, and the buildings are well-maintained. Connectivity is excellent; Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs are always available, and the airport and railway stations are easily accessible. The maintenance team is efficient, ensuring everything is clean and in good working order. All amenities are available and in great condition, including the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and playgrounds. The neighbourhood is friendly as well, with everyone participating in community events and festivals. CCTV cameras are installed for security, and there are no issues with parking or stray dogs. Overall, it�s a fantastic place to live.
Things need improvement
I have no issues at all living in the society as everything is great here and we have no issues of Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities and Neighbourhood. No complaints at all.

Good things here
The maintenance services are excellent, they guarantee spotless surroundings, effective trash collection, well-kept elevators, and routine cleaning of the water tanks. The housing society has great connectivity, which makes commuting easy by providing easy access to cars, the train station, taxis, and buses. Residents feel safe and at ease because of the neighborhood's warmth and tranquility. There are no problems with seepage, leaks, or cracks, and all places have adequate ventilation and sunlight. The building quality is dependable. Community life is improved by residents use of amenities such a clean swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse.
Things need improvement
In addition, the community's convenience and leisure options are restricted by the lack of parks, gardens, kid-friendly play areas, and enough parking spaces. Neighbors engage less, and periodic blackouts cause daily schedules to be disrupted, which can be inconvenient.

The sprawling park provides ample play space for children, adding to the community's charm. Renowned for its warmth and cooperation, the society fosters a hospitable environment, while communication and network services maintain unwavering reliability.
Things need improvement
Overall, the society boasted a positive atmosphere with no major issues to report. Residents exhibited a friendly and cooperative attitude, contributing to a pleasant environment. Connectivity within the community was also strong.

Despite challenges, the society offers some positives. The construction quality of the apartments is adequate, providing basic spaciousness with efforts to address seepage or termite issues. Connectivity is severely lacking, with limited access to nearby roads and unreliable public transport options, exacerbating travel difficulties. Outside the society, waterlogging due to the absence of a proper drainage system presents a significant inconvenience. Moreover, maintenance within the society itself is notably poor, impacting overall cleanliness, garbage collection, and infrastructure upkeep. These factors combine to create a challenging living environment for residents.

Good things here
In the society, each flat has a single-point power backup, which I really like about this society. The water tanks are also cleaned regularly on time. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. The residents are decent. Festivals are celebrated. There is easy access to autos and buses near the society. There is no leakage or seepage issue in the flat. The lifts are well-maintained. All modern amenities are available and are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Near the society, there is a traffic issue in the mornings and evenings due to nearby offices. Recently, there have been power cuts in the society because of the rain. The maintenance charges are a bit high.

Power cuts were not reported, ensuring a consistent supply of electricity within the premises. On a positive note, cleanliness standards were maintained satisfactorily, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Security personnel were observed to be performing their duties effectively, ensuring the safety and security of residents and their belongings.
Things need improvement
There were occasional instances of seepage and leakage, indicating areas for improvement in the maintenance infrastructure. Despite the absence of amenities such as a swimming pool and gym, the overall functionality of the lifts remained unaffected, providing reliable vertical transportation.

Good things here
The society is pet-friendly. Ola and Uber are available. There is no traffic issue because the society is located on the inner side from the main road. Garbage collection and segregation are done at the proper time. Autos and buses are also available. Maintenance charges are Rs. 2500 per month, which is normal. There is a fire exit. All amenities are available. The society is very clean. Water is available 24/7.
Things need improvement
Malls and restaurants are 3-5 km away. There is no separate parking for visitors.

Good things here
Connectivity here is good, parking spaces are provided, autos and cabs are easily accessible. No issues regarding water supply, electricity supply. Gym, swimming pools and playing parks are available and they are well maintained.
Things need improvement
There is a construction work going on here since a very long time, and there is lot of noise coming into my home, which poses problems, roads here are not maintained properly. There are problems of drainage and leakages too especially during monsoon.

Good things here
Autos and buses are accessible. society is highway connected. there is ample amount of water available in the society. power backup is for common areas and flats also. all modern amenities are present in the society. neighbours are friendly. society is very much clean and has visitors parking also.
Things need improvement
Market is not accessible from the society need to go far away. no specious balconies in the flats, there is no proper dedicated walking track for residents inside the society.

Good things here
There are schools and hospitals near by the society and even transportation facilities are easy to approach near by the society. Build quality is good there are no construction defect in the society. There are swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area ,garden etc eveything is present in the society. High security system like there are biomatrix facilities on the entrance. Tenants are allowed to use every facilities. All the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back connection has been given to lift and common lights of the society. This society belongs to family residents only and there are no bachlores allowed in the society.
