We're fortunate to have reliable water facilities available round the clock, along with power backup. The community is respectful, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste at designated times.
The maintenance charges are on the higher side, at around 3. 5 rupees per square foot. Unfortunately, the metro station is quite a distance away, approximately 6 kilometers from the city, which may pose a challenge for residents relying on public transport. However, public transportation is available within a reasonable distance, around 4 kilometers from the society, which is still convenient. It's worth noting that there's no designated visitor parking area within the society, requiring visitors to park outside, which can be inconvenient at times.

Maintenance is top-notch, with regular garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. Water and power supply are reliable, and the lift is in proper working order. Plus, the people in the community are friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.
Pollution issues in the society include air and noise pollution resulting from traffic congestion, improper waste disposal, and the lack of green spaces. The roads are in good condition, and street lights are working well for added safety. Ample parking spaces are available for residents and visitors alike. Amenities such as children's play areas and party halls are provided for recreation and gatherings. Maintenance is efficient, with daily garbage collection, well-maintained lifts, and 24/7 water availability ensuring a comfortable living environment. The balconies are well-ventilated, and the community is friendly, often coming together for ongoing celebrations, fostering a sense of camaraderie and belonging.
It's disappointing to hear that maintenance only occurs upon request, and the reliability of the power backup is questionable. Additionally, the subpar construction quality and inadequate security measures are concerning. These issues need to be addressed to ensure the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of residents in the community.

The maintenance charges in our society are quite reasonable, around 2700 rupees for a 2BHK flat covering 850 square feet. Public transportation like buses is easily accessible within a 1-kilometer radius. We're fortunate to have a children's hospital and a women's hospital within walking distance from the city. While there's plenty of spacious parking available, we also have dedicated parking within the society. Water facilities are reliable round the clock, and there's backup power available too.
Getting a cab or auto isn't as straightforward here; even if we manage to book one, it might get canceled on short notice. The construction quality leaves something to be desired since the buildings are quite old, around 9 years. We've noticed some minor cracks in the buildings, which is concerning. Visitor parking is a real hassle with only 10 spaces available, making it very inconvenient. Manipal Hospital is quite a distance away, about 15 kilometers from the city, and the metro stations aren't much closer, around 8-9 kilometers from the society.

Maintenance charges are also very reasonable in the society.
The painting quality in the society is not good. The cleaning of the roads is also not up to par; there is a lot of dust on the roads. Improvement is needed in the cleanliness of the society.
