People in the society are helpful, and the security is excellent, making it a safe and supportive place to live.

Things need improvement

It's hard to go outside because there are no two-wheeler transports available in the society, making it tough for residents to travel or do errands.

There is ample space behind the society for children to play, along with a government lake that enhances its appeal. Within a 1 km radius, residents have access to bus stops, supermarkets, hospitals, and grocery stores. The roads are of high quality, with adequate street lighting. Maintenance is excellent, with regular water and power supply, thorough cleaning of floors and garden areas, and daily garbage collection. The construction of the buildings is sturdy, and amenities like the gym, jogging track, swimming pool, table tennis, and basketball courts are well-maintained.

I do stay in Bannerghatta road from about past 20 years, as I experienced this is the place where its a kind of perfectly suitable for all various kinds of people's to stay and as all kinda facilities are available at favorable distances. Enjoy being safe with CCTV surveillance and smart card and 24-7 service and also get prompt response for maintenance and all query. Everything you want is there at project. Construction quality is also good with peaceful and safe area overall.

it has given much value at reasonable budget. Key attraction is nice open space, so much greenery which is wonderful for relaxing in evening and weekends. Main advantage is here environment. roads and areas are so neat and clean well maintenance and also less accident area. We get more grocery shops within walking distance in begur. Any time auto or cabs facility available here. Just like living in self-sustaining township and area is safe also.

Amenities wise, this project is one of the best I saw- it give. Maintenance and service offering from developer is very good. Area very safe and posh. Near all the shopping malls, restaurant, schools, hospitals and offices. It is surrounding areas have gradually undergone an all-round development to become the hub of commercial and residential space. Well-known companies which have set-up base in its periphery have acted as growth drivers for the development of Bannerghatta Road.

It is a very well-developed locality. With the new metro line nearing completion accessibility is going to improve multiple folds. IIM Bangalore, an iconic institution in the neighborhood. Mobile network and peaceful ambiance means fabulous WFH experience as I am seeing. Location is finest in country I feel- everything nearby. Such location is hard to find in Bengaluru. Only some water accumulate in heavy rain. Otherwise, everything just awesome! Arekere is a beautiful place in Bengaluru to reside.

GR Regent Park is ideal option if you wish to get good budget project. I like and love the transport facility in my location as it is provided with uber auto, Ola & Rapido etc., Also there is metro rail connectivity all through the day to visit the nearby locations. Like living in international smart city with good construction and interior, safe area overall. Network sometimes fluctuating but not much. Monsoon water accumulation is also temporary but there. Some teething issue here and there but society maintenance very good.
