Maintenance is decent enough at the society although some waterlogging exists so that should be fixed promptly. Otherwise, the project offers total value for money. I will rate it highly

The views are decent and what I like is that project has lot of open space, lots of natural greenery.

I have been using the gym here which is well equipped and also look forward to using the swimming pool.

Have been living here and experience is good so far touchwood. What I like is that connectivity issue is not there.

Supermarket, school, hospital all are there nearby without much hassle. All benefit of living in gated community present here. Overall good rating as I said.
