Maintenance should be improve. Otherwise everything is good and manageble. There was no issue with anything and easy access to market and public transport. People are also kind and helping nature.

There are no problems within the society; it is very well-maintained. Initially, there was a slight issue regarding construction when we first moved here, but the committee members promptly resolved it. Since then, there haven't been any issues, and the construction materials used are of excellent quality, ensuring durability. The maintenance of the society is also commendable, with regular cleaning and abundant greenery. Moreover, the residents come together to celebrate festivals and are quite helpful. Additionally, all amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are well-maintained within�the�society.
Things need improvement
The roads around the society are in very bad condition, causing significant issues, especially during rainfall. The entire society gets flooded, and water accumulates in the basement parking area. Additionally, the poor road conditions lead to traffic problems, with roads frequently deteriorating. Due to these reasons, there are considerable challenges and inconveniences for�the�residents.

Everything was good and flats were also proper ventilated and in good condition sometimes due to heavy rainfall there was the problem of seepage and leakage in the society. But the managing team is good they maintained all the thing.

Connectivity is excellent with buses, autos, and cabs on well-maintained roads. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation. Elevators are reliable. Construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. Good ventilation and fittings enhance comfort. Well-maintained amenities like the gym and clubhouse add to the quality of life. Things need improvement
The main issues are water shortages and occasional electricity cuts, which can be frustrating. Apart from these, everything else is well-maintained and in good condition.

Overall, it's a great place to live, but there's a need for improvement in the play area's maintenance due to some minor damage. Other than that, everything else is well-maintained and in very good condition.

Eveything is available near by the society within the rane of 1 km like cafes,salon ,parlour,chemist,groccery shops,restaurants. Ola,uber,bus,auto everything is available near by the society. Quality of the construction was really good as there was no issues regarding seepage and all. All the modern amenities are present in the society and eveything is fully functional. High security system in the society,all the areas are under cctv survilance. This is cosmopolitian society and eveything and every function is being celebrated in the society. time to time cleaning is done in the society.
Things need improvement
Connection of the power back up facilities has been given to lift and common lights and only one socket inside the units which is inconvenient during power cuts.

There is no traffic and water logging issues around the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional,good security system,cctv and security staff both facilities are there in the society.power back up facilities are there in the society.build quality is great,no lakage and seepage issues in the apartments.good celebration of festivals and cultural events.

Society m kafi freshness lagati hai hava bohot aati hai, bohot comfortable hai. autos, market, highway sab nearby hai. security kafi acchi hai apps use hote hai security ke liye. Pani, hygiene, gym and clubhouse properly maintained hai. log kafi friendly hai. building ka construction bohot accha hai koi issues nhi aaye hai abhi tak.

Thoda bohot traffic ka issue aate raheta hai society ke bahar kyu ki highway connected hai. society me visitors parking nhi hai to guest kisi ki bhi parking me gadi park krte hai. flats ke liye power back up available nahi hai.
