Society's peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness quite appealing, along with the ample parking space, which is a major advantage. However, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of community spaces like parks and recreational facilities, as currently, only a badminton court is available. I also find the rules and regulations concerning the moving-in charges quite unusual, with a hefty fee of 8000 rupees but no additional facilities or services provided. .
The presence of a park and play area further enhances the appeal of the society, making it an ideal choice for families with children. I was also impressed by the sturdy construction and spacious flats, although I did notice that the amenities were somewhat limited. However, my main concern revolves around the frequent power outages, despite the high charges for 100% backup, particularly troublesome during the hot summer months. This issue is prompting me to consider leaving the place soon. The maintenance fees of 12000 rupees per quarter might also seem a bit stee

The decent and peaceful atmosphere within the society. The cleanliness standards are commendable, contributing to a pleasant overall environment. Moreover, the ample parking space provided adds to the convenience for both residents and their guests.
High maintenance fees, coming in at 12000 rupees per quarter. It feels a bit too high for what's provided. Additionally, the society's rules and regulations seem strange, especially the 8000 rupees moving-in charge, which doesn't seem to offer any extra benefit or facility for the process.

The area, near Sector 52 across from Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park, has convenient visitor parking and friendly security guards. There's also a park and play area, perfect for family outings. However, the power keeps going out even though they claim to have backup, which is worrying, especially in the hot summer months. Because of this, I'm thinking about leaving sooner than planned.
Society having the limited community and park space, with only a badminton court available which is disappointed for me.

Calm and tidy environment, plus there's plenty of parking, which is great. However, I wish there were more communal areas like parks, and the only facility available is a badminton court. .
There have been frequent problems with the backup system, despite the hefty charges for it, causing disruptions, particularly in the summer. While the construction quality of the flats is good and they're spacious, the amenities are somewhat lacking. the maintenance fees are a bit high.

The society's well-maintained cleanliness, along with the ample parking space available. However, the absence of community and park spaces, apart from just having a badminton court, is disappointing. Additionally, the society's rules and regulations, especially the high moving-in charges without any added facilities
The maintenance fees are a bit high at 12000 rupees per quarter, the water and electricity backup is reliable, which is a plus.

The abundance of parking spaces in the community. The cleanliness standards are consistently high, and I can rely on the backup systems for water and electricity.
The frequent power outages, despite the high charges for backup, were worrying and are making me contemplate leaving the place soon. the steep moving-in charges without any extra facilities and the costly maintenance fees are significant downsides.
