My neighbors are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together, creating a vibrant community. Security with CCTV and guards makes me feel safe. Garbage collection is efficient with waste segregation, keeping the environment clean. Nearby schools, hospitals, and markets make errands easy. I have designated parking, and rules ensure smooth operation. Elevators, electricity, and water supply are reliable. Buildings have excellent construction quality with good ventilation and superior plaster work. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, enhancing our lifestyle.
The entryway requires road construction urgently. Public transport like autos or cabs is not readily available due to the narrow and under-construction road, necessitating a significant walk to find transportation. Past issues with seepage and the bathroom drainage system have also been problematic. Moreover, the gym is currently non-functional, and there are concerns about hygiene in common areas.

Society area was good and well developed. The society's maintenance was excellent, with everything conveniently located nearby and no issues with leaks or seepage. The area itself was very pleasant, and the people were friendly. Connectivity was outstanding, making everything easily accessible. Markets, schools, and malls were all close by. Daily commuters had access to ample public transport facilities. There was a big play area for the children in that society. Managing team are problem solving. The construction quality was high, and the CCTV cameras and elevators functioned properly. Amenities such as the gym, and clubhouse were availabel in good condition
The society was well-maintained and developed. Everything was easily accessible, and there were no issues within the community. people were good and friendly.

The neighborhood was exceptional, and the residents were friendly. Connectivity was superb, ensuring convenient access to markets, schools, and shopping centers. Public transportation options were readily accessible for daily commuters. The construction quality was exceptional, and both the CCTV systems and elevators operated efficiently. Additionally, the parking area was expansive, offering plenty of space for vehicles.
Construction quality was not so good. There was a problem of leakage and seepage, and it was not manageable. People faced difficulties sometimes. It should be improved.

The roads inside the society are in good condition, and cleanliness is well-maintained. Residents enjoy 24/7 water availability, and all amenities are kept in excellent condition. The cooperative nature of the residents fosters a harmonious community, and bachelor residents are allowed. Additionally, there are no reported issues of leakage or seepage.
The society lacks essential amenities such as a swimming pool and other desired facilities. Additionally, there is no indoor parking available for tenants and visitors, requiring them to park outside.

The flats enjoyed good ventilation and received plenty of sunlight, without any problems of leakage or seepage. The lifts were well-maintained, and residents had access to 24/7 water supply. The society ensured cleanliness with daily garbage collection, and public transportation was conveniently available just outside. Overall, the residents were cooperative, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
The roads outside the society were not in good condition, and there were problems with waterlogging during the rain. Additionally, the society lacked modern amenities.

The society was situated a bit inward, leading to connectivity issues as autos and buses were not readily available. Additionally, there was no swimming pool within the society.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. There are no drainage issues faced in the society, it is well maintained. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Balcony is available and it is quite big. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym is available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Individual parking space is available. Airport is nearby.
Other facilities like swimmingpool is not available in the society Visitor's parking is done outside the society, but the guards help them. There is no garden and greenery in the society, dedicated walking space is not available

The society is near a highway, and autos and buses are easily available nearby. There is no traffic issue, and the railway station is also close by. There is enough parking. Water is available 24/7. The people are friendly. There are walking tracks, a garden, a gym, and a clubhouse, all of which are very good. There is no leakage or seepage issue in the society.
There is no swimming pool in the society, and more attention is needed towards maintenance.

This society is located on kharadi only so the connectivity is just excellent. Transporation facilities are easy to approach near by the society. Quality of the construction really good piilars were starong and steady. Crowd of the people is very well educated and decent. There are allocated space for parking in the society.
There are only few amenities present in the society like club house and kids play area only. There was no swimmimg pool in the society. maintenance facilities are below average and needs improvement. BMC water supply was there in the society though they were using tanker facilities . Power back facilities were not there in the society.
