School , local market and hospitals are nearby. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and play area are available in the society. Garbage collection, lift maintenance, and CCTV are well-maintained without any issues. The monthly maintenance charge is Rs. 3500. All festivals like holi Diwali, and Holi are celebrated.
Public transport like autos and cabs are not easily available; there is a lot of difficulty in finding them. There is a water issue because municipal water supply is not available, so we have to buy water from tankers. During the rainy season, even the water from tankers becomes dirty. There is also a problem with waterlogging outside the society during the rainy season.

There are no issues with water logging inside or outside the society, thanks to an effective drainage system. The water supply is reliable within the society. CCTV is installed throughout the premises, contributing to a robust security system. Security guards are available to ensure safety. Lifts are available and well-maintained for residents' convenience. Residents of the society are known for their friendly and cooperative nature, coming together to celebrate festivals and events.
The connectivity of the society is average, as public transport options like autos, buses, and cabs are not readily available within a short walking distance outside the society.

Maintenance is reliable and ensures everything is in good working order. The construction quality is solid, providing durable and well-built structures. There are good amenities available, and parking is convenient for residents.
However, the connectivity is limited, with only auto-rickshaws available. Additionally, the neighborhood is just okayish and could benefit from improvements in community interaction and cooperation.

The market, hospital scores, and all such facilities are available within the society. The society boasts amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and cooperative and friendly residents who are helpful. Cleaning is well-maintained, making the society quite hygienic. Parking is available, and elevator servicing is done on time, ensuring they rarely break down or stop functioning.
Maintenance is generally good, but there are issues with water supply. There is no public transport available outside the society, causing inconvenience. During the rainy season or festivals, traffic becomes a significant problem. In the summer season, the water tanker delivery becomes unreliable�at�times.

Connectivity of the apartment is good like schools,hopitals and local market,local traport is easy to approach.All the modern amenities are present in the society and well equipped.Build quality is great,no leakage,seepage ,water logging issues in the apartments.
Society can improve its maintenance facilities and resolution of the issue procees can be little quick.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. The area of the society is good. Traffic is not faced around the society Society is peaceful. Electricity has been improved recently in the society, no problems are faced. The location of the society is very good, with decent crowd.
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, cabs are not available outside the society. one has to travel few kms for the access. main road is far away from society. There sre some water supply issues, water needs to be stored. There are no good facilities of water inside the society. The constructuion quality is average,issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society but it is repaired by the builders. Other facilities like Gym maintainance could have been better. Parking space is available but it is very congested. Power backup is only available for common area, it is not available for residents.

Autos and buses are available near the society. The society is quite clean. All modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, open spaces, etc. , are present and well-maintained. The people are very friendly and nice. The flats are very spacious, receive plenty of sunlight, and are well-ventilated. Issues are resolved quickly, and maintenance of lifts is done regularly.
Parking is allotted for everyone, but sometimes bikes are parked anywhere. The water supply is not from the PMC, so we have to call for tankers, but lately, the tankers have not been arriving on time. Maintenance charges are a bit high, and there is some leakage in the flat.

Parking space is properly allotted, and the roads outside the society are well-maintained. Daily garbage collection keeps the society clean, and there is a continuous water supply. All modern amenities are present, and residents live harmoniously, celebrating various events together. There haven't been any issues with leakage or seepage, and the flats are well-ventilated with ample sunlight. Fire exits are available in the buildings, and maintenance charges are reasonable.
The swimming pool is not well-maintained and is only operational during the summer months.
