There's excellent connectivity in our society, with public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs available at a walkable distance outside. The road conditions and street lights are also good, ensuring safe and convenient travel for residents. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants are conveniently located just outside the society, providing easy access to daily necessities. Additionally, a nearby metro station and hospital add to the convenience of living in our society. The society is well-maintained and kept clean, creating a pleasant living environment for residents. Regular garbage collection is done on time, contributing to cleanliness and hygiene within the society premises. The construction quality of our society is commendable, with no major issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems faced by residents. We benefit from uninterrupted water supply and electricity, available 24/7, enhancing our comfort and convenience. CCTV cameras are installed inside the premises, ensuring security and surveillance. The lifts in our society work fine, providing smooth mobility for residents. Security guards are available, further ensuring the safety and security of residents and property. The people in our society are generally friendly and social, fostering a sense of community among residents.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks are not available in our society, limiting recreational options for residents. Water logging issues occur frequently on the main road, especially during the rainy season, causing inconvenience to commuters and residents alike. Security measures need improvement in our society to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and their property.

Additionally, the friendly and cooperative nature of the residents fosters a sense of community and mutual support. We are fortunate to have reliable water supply and minimal electricity issues, ensuring convenience and comfort in our daily lives. The presence of CCTV cameras and a well-functioning security system, along with available security guards, enhances safety and security within the premises. Furthermore, the availability and proper maintenance of lifts contribute to the overall convenience and accessibility for residents.
Things need improvement
Living in our society comes with its fair share of challenges, particularly concerning traffic congestion and poor road conditions. These issues not only cause inconvenience but also pose safety risks for residents. Additionally, the lack of adequate street lighting further exacerbates the situation, especially during nighttime. The distance from market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants adds to the inconvenience, particularly considering the limited availability of autos and rickshaws. This makes it challenging for residents to access essential goods and services without private transportation. Furthermore, the absence of facilities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, or play area for kids within the society limits recreational opportunities for residents and their families.

Seepage problems are non-existent, and flats are well-ventilated, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Various amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are available, enriching the quality of life for residents. The society is characterized by friendly and welcoming neighbors, fostering a strong sense of community and camaraderie.
Things need improvement
I'm disappointed to say that the maintenance services in our society are extremely poor. There's a noticeable lack of cleanliness, and it's evident that nothing is well-maintained. The lifts are in particularly bad shape, and it's concerning that they're not being maintained properly. Garbage collection is consistently delayed, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the services provided. It's frustrating to feel like we're not getting any services that we should rightfully expect.

There's a good connectivity of the society, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro station is also nearby. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. The people are overall good and social in the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is not available in the society. Most of the times the street lights does not work even after multiple complaints it's still in the same condition. Water logging issues happens on the main road. This happens a lot during rainy season. Some mobile network issues happens. Street dogs and monkey issues happens a lot in this area. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
The society offers good connectivity with public transport easily available and well-maintained roads. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are strictly followed. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation is practiced. The neighbours are very nice and friendly. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard available.
Things need improvement
The maintenance is average, and the construction is very poor as it is an old building with issues such as seepage in the apartments and throughout the society. There is no gym, and for the swimming pool and clubhouse, we have to take a membership, which I think is not fair. Rest everything is fine.

I am really happy with the build quality and I know it will give good value in the long term. Also, there is a big road, a bus stand, and all the shops. I am waiting to get possession till next year.

The developer has made sure that all the fixtures in the room are modern and spacious enough to design the interior. Hospitals, schools, recreation areas, and others are nearby. However, the area gets flooded during the monsoon period.

The area is an under-construction residential project developed by modern residents located at a prime location. I have booked a flat and I know my family would love to live here.
