Good things here

The previous tenant found the society to be a highly secure gated community with plenty of space to unwind. They liked the common areas with working A/Cs and the presence of multiple parks, a dog park, and sports facilities. They also loved the excellent power backup and the greenery view from their apartments. The well-kept clubs with advanced gym and other amenities further added to their satisfaction of living in the society.

Things need improvement

The previous tenant wasn't fond of the limited public transport options in the area, relying solely on Ola or Uber services. They found it inconvenient to reach the metro station and were disappointed by the absence of good vegetarian cafes nearby for family outings. Parking problems, slightly higher maintenance costs, and the distance to the nearest petrol pump were some of the challenges they encountered. Additionally, they felt that the swimming pool wasn't well maintained for children, and there was limited visitor parking in the parks.

Good things here

The society has top notch transport facility, metro was available, E- Rickshaws were available for transport nearby. CCTV camera, lifts were available and were functional. Water was available 24 hours. Plumber, electricians and others use to come and they provided good services. Social life of the society was really happening, festivals were celebrated together. Swimming pool, gyms and other amenities were available. Overall the facilities were great.

Things need improvement

The people of the society are not that cooperative and friendly. Festivals are not celebrated together. The social life of the society is not that happening. Parks and clubhouse are conjusted and their is no place for children to play and for elderly people to sit and there is a lack of coodination and cooperation.

Good things here

The society has connectivity in terms of e- rickshaws. Maintainence and Cleanliness is properly done. CCTV cameras, lift and others are available and works really good. People are friendly and cooperative. Markets, schools, hospitals are available nearby. Overall environment of the society is good.

Things need improvement

Water logging issue is faced by the residents during monsoon. Metro is really far away from the place and residents have to take other modes of transport to reach there.

Good things here

Everything is fine in the society like the society has parking area, swimming pool ,gym, and electricity is also fine everything is fine.
