Maintenance charges in the society are reasonable, ensuring affordability for residents. Waste management is efficiently handled, with garbage collection conducted regularly, separating wet and dry waste. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, football court, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained, providing residents with various recreational options.
Things need improvement
Power cuts occurring frequently can disrupt daily activities and be frustrating for residents. Additionally, poor construction quality with cracks on the walls is concerning for the safety and structural integrity of the buildings. High maintenance charges further burden the residents financially. The distance of the metro station being around 2 kilometers away adds to the inconvenience, especially for those relying on public transportation. These issues collectively impact the overall livability of the society.

Additionally, the main road and public transportation options, such as auto-cabs and bus stops, are easily accessible. The society boasts excellent maintenance facilities, including uninterrupted water supply and efficient backup options through generators. The maintenance staff works diligently to keep the surroundings clean and hygienic. Within the society premises, ample amenities such as a gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool, and well-maintained play areas enhance residents' quality of life.

The nearby society experiences frequent traffic jams due to its prime location, which can be a hassle for residents. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is subpar, primarily due to the use of low-quality materials in the doors and windows, leading to potential durability and maintenance issues.

Connectivity, including cabs and auto-rickshaws, is easily accessible within the society through platforms like Uber and Ola when booked.

Construction quality is poor, with some seepage issues in the society. Despite being relatively new (around 7 years old), the structural walls exhibit subpar quality. Schools are located quite far from the society, approximately 4 kilometers away from the apartment. Additionally, there are pollution concerns, particularly due to the nearby main road adjacent to the apartment complex.

Additionally, the society enjoys good connectivity with a hospital located nearby, ensuring quick access to medical care. Supermarkets and small shops are easily accessible, enhancing convenience for residents. Maintenance services are top-notch, encompassing cleaning, daily garbage collection, water supply, and reliable power backups, all at nominal charges. The construction of the society ensures good ventilation.
Things need improvement
In this society, the road outside the community is quite narrow, with no public transportation options nearby, such as bus stops or metro stations. Getting autos and cabs is also difficult.

Localities in the city are very good, and there is lots of space, making it a good environment for residents. Connectivity via cabs and auto-rickshaws is readily available if we book using platforms like Uber. Water facilities are very good, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the city. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Hospitals are nearby, between 2-3 km from the society. Parking areas are very convenient. There are visitor areas in the city. Grocery stores inside and outside the society are very convenient.
Things need improvement
Public transport stops are located quite far from the city, approximately 1-2 km, which is very inconvenient. Road construction is underway, which adds to the traffic in the city. Construction quality issues are present; there are some minor issues in the city.

Public transportation is available within a walkable distance, below 500 meters from the society. Cabs and autos are also available within walking distance, and there is a cab stand nearby. Connectivity with cabs and autos is easy if we book online. The weather is generally pleasant in the nearby area. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Parks are serene and accessible. Hospitals are nearby, within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Parks are very enjoyable in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive. Construction quality is very poor; there are some seepages and leaks in the flats, which is very inconvenient.

The society promptly addresses issues. The ventilation in my flat is good, allowing ample sunlight. The lifts are well-maintained, and cleanliness is consistently upheld. Water supply is reliable, available 24/7. The residents are cooperative and actively participate in celebrating festivals. There is sufficient greenery, and amenities like a play area and gym are available. Autos and cabs are easily accessible, enhancing convenience.
Things need improvement
The society has a swimming pool that is currently not operational, and there is no garden available. Metro connectivity is absent, and public transportation buses are not readily accessible. There are some issues with leakage and seepage in certain areas.

Facilities like markets, groceries, and fruit stalls are available within 1 km from the society, making it convenient.

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The power supply is not reliable; there is a power backup, but the power fluctuates at times, which is inconvenient, especially when working from home. It's quite disturbing and inconvenient.

Cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Water facility is good and available 24/7. Power backup is also excellent. The entire management is very efficient, and the community is close-knit. Cleaning is very good, and garbage collection is also timely in the society. People are very friendly and well-educated. Maintenance charges are also reasonable, around 4000 rupees in the society.
Things need improvement
LPG gas connection is not available in the society. There should be an improvement in the pipe connections in the flats. Pollution is present because the main road is nearby.

I have been residing in this society for the last 14 years, and the connectivity is excellent due to there being two hospitals just behind the society. Additionally, grocery stores, supermarkets, and salons are within walking distance. There is also a bus stop outside the society. Maintenance is excellent because all kinds of complaints are fixed promptly, and there is a good water supply. The people living here are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated.
Things need improvement
The only problem in this society is occasional water leakage complaints in the kitchen. we need immediate covern hai.
