A park is conveniently located within walking distance from the society, providing recreational opportunities. We receive regular water supply from the Municipal corporation, ensuring uninterrupted access to water. Residents enthusiastically celebrate every festival within the society, fostering a sense of community. The club facilities are well-maintained, including an advanced gym and a swimming pool. Ample parking space is available within the society premises. Metro and auto-rickshaw services are easily accessible, with both being within walking distance. The metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, adding to the convenience of transportation. Seepage issues are non-existent in the society. Power backup facilities are provided, and CCTV cameras are installed throughout the premises for added security. Adequate ventilation and sunlight are available, enhancing the living environment. The society boasts a pollution-free environment with abundant greenery, contributing to a healthy and pleasant atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The limited playing area in the society leads to overcrowding, especially in the evenings, impacting residents' recreational activities. Rent for tenants is comparatively higher in our society than in neighboring ones located 2-3 kilometers away, which could potentially deter prospective renters. The absence of a service lift within the society may pose challenges for residents when moving bulky items or furniture.

With security guards and CCTV cameras in place, I always feel safe and secure. The elevators are well-maintained, ensuring smooth travel within the building. And I love how our society celebrates cultural events and festivals, it really brings everyone together.

It's concerning that the construction quality of my building is only average, and the walls are very weak. Weak walls can compromise both structural integrity and soundproofing, which is definitely not ideal. It's something that needs to be addressed as soon as possible to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone living here.

Residents have been experiencing a persistent problem of seepage in the bathroom area, which requires urgent attention. Additionally, individuals are encountering mobile network issues during the night, disrupting communication. These longstanding issues need immediate resolution to alleviate inconvenience and ensure the well-being of residents.

Connectivity of the society is great,auto cabs are easily available.Bus stand is near by the society.society is neat clean and hygenic environment.build quality is great ,no leakage and seepage issue in the society.Builder has delivered all the amenities he promised and everything is functional.Allocated parking for resident and visitors.

Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only though builder has provided invertor to each unit personally.

The society is diligently maintained, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld. Elevators are well-serviced, adding to resident convenience. With amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play areas, residents have ample recreational options within the community. The majority of residents being owners fosters a sense of stability and community involvement.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is non-operational for several months due to water conditions, as per regulations in Pune. Additionally, the society has only one entry and exit point, which can occasionally pose challenges for residents when traveling.
