Good things here
Connectivity in the city is excellent. The residents are respectful and courteous. Festival celebrations are limited to August 15th and January 26th. Amenities are adequate in the city. Cabs and Uber are accessible within the society when booked through Ola. Water facilities are available within the society, and the construction quality is very good, with minimal issues of leakages and seepages. Parking is sufficient, with dedicated slots available. Essential services such as civic, postal, and medical services are conveniently located within walking distance from the city.
Things need improvement
Public transportation, such as buses, is not available within a three to four-kilometer radius from the city. The metro station is also located around three kilometers away from the city. The absence of school transportation services adds to the inconvenience faced by residents.

Good things here
Connectivity options such as cabs and autos are easily accessible within the society, especially if we book Ola and Uber. However, the water facility is not up to par, as it is not available 24/7. Nonetheless, there is a power backup system in place in the society. On a positive note, garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste, and they even collect it door-to-door. Public transportation, including buses, is conveniently available within walking distance from the society. Additionally, maintenance charges are reasonable within the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is subpar, evidenced by various issues such as seepage and leakages in bathrooms. Unfortunately, there is no designated visitors' parking area within the society, which could pose challenges for guests or visitors.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, kids' play area, gym, table tennis, and football court are available and well-maintained, making them enjoyable in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Water availability is very good, 24/7, in the society. Power backup is also available 24/7. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious. Facilities like markets and vegetable markets within the society are very convenient.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is good, but there are some seepage issues in some flats, which is inconvenient. The building is around 10 years old but hasn't undergone any repainting. Hospitals are available around 5 kilometers away from the society; however, having a hospital nearer would be more convenient for the residents.

Good things here
Maintenance is very good both inside and outside of the society, which is very convenient. Cabs and auto-rickshaws are easily available within a walkable distance from the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Buses are available within a walking distance of around 100 meters from the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station near the city. The parking situation is congested, and space is limited in the society. Schools are quite far from the society. Hospitals are also far, around 5 kilometers away.
