The connectivity along with maintenance is good. They clean the apartments on regular basis, there are shops available for the basic necessity of a residents Neighbors live in harmony.They have good playground area for the kids

Good things here
This society is centrally located, so the connectivity is excellent. There is a metro nearby, as well as ample availability of auto cabs, Ola, Uber, and other transportation options. Many restaurants and grocery shops surround the society, making essentials easily accessible. Additionally, there are chemists nearby. Maintenance is top-notch, thanks to the dedicated team that addresses issues promptly. All amenities such as the gym, park, clubhouse, swimming pool, etc. , are available and well-maintained. The residents belong to a respectable and educated community, contributing to a pleasant living environment�in�the�society.
Things need improvement
This is essentially a 2008 construction, which is now quite old. Consequently, issues such as seepage and leakage have emerged in the society. However, the managing committee has been dedicating a lot of time and effort to resolve these issues, including repainting and other necessary measures. From my understanding, the problem primarily lies internally, and it remains to be seen how it will be addressed�going�forward.
