Good things here
Good place for bachelors and small family,no childrens play area and no open space.maintenance is overall good.loclity is good enough.security is good with cameras.
Autos and Cabs easily available

Less open space,residents not much friendly.no childrens play area.water issues,no emenities as such club or swimming pool.
