Good things here
Sector 9 is one of the best areas of Rohini. With good infrastructure and well greenery the place offers amazing comforts and experience. DC Chowk market is nearby which provides one-stop solution for every need from tuitions to smart bazars such as rajmandir ,krishna supermart etc read more

Although the place is excellent the only drawback is the traffic and noise in the area due to lot of crowd . Rest all is good about the area. read more

Good things here
it's a good choice coz it has all the facilities available at walking distance. branch of almost all banks, schools, hospitals and Metro Station are nearby. e rickshaw and buses etc are easily accessible. security guard are available at every gate of the society. read more

green space is not so good here. roads are crowded. outside the apartment safety is a major headache coz sometimes vehicles and even their parts stolen by thiefs read more

North Delhi sector 9 is a reputable residential area. Pitampura and Shalimar Bagh is nearby to the locality. On few distance,there are lot of mall, school,hospital etc. The rent for the flat are in affordable prices. there are number of park and green spaces like Central park, Rajiv Gandhi park. read more

it is a heavy crowded location with traffic jams. chain snatching and other criminal activities are often noticed in the locality. water shortage problem are sometimes noticed in the sector 9. read more
