The road is clean, the society is clean, the people around are also good, everyone is in good class.

the house of the society are too old hence when it rains,its become damp there should be some improvement

The society offers a fantastic living environment with convenient access to nearby amenities such as local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants. The connectivity is excellent with public transport options readily available. Maintenance is a priority, evidenced by regular garbage collection, pest control, and cleanliness upkeep. Security measures are robust with the presence of security guards, CCTV cameras, and fire extinguishers. Additionally, residents can enjoy amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and parks, all properly maintained and functional. The friendly and cooperative community adds to the overall appeal of living in the society.
Things need improvement
The road quality surrounding the area leads to major traffic congestion and waterlogging, particularly during the rainy season. Additionally, occasional issues with water supply and electricity, especially in the summer months, are common throughout Gurgaon. Construction quality within the society is average, with frequent issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. However, it's important to note that these are common challenges in many residential areas. Despite these drawbacks, it's worth mentioning that there is no swimming pool available within the society, which may be a consideration for some residents seeking such amenities.

The connectivity is not good as that good as the public transport is not avaliable around the society easily

The construction quality is good but could have been much better as some areas are getting sandy
