Moreover, the top-notch maintenance of the property, coupled with low maintenance charges compared to other societies, guarantees a well-kept living environment. Additionally, the easy access to the market adds further convenience for fulfilling daily needs.
Things need improvement
The absence of lift facilities within the project, as it can indeed be inconvenient for residents, particularly those on higher floors. The lack of proper security measures like watchmen or CCTV cameras is also concerning, as it impacts the safety of residents. Additionally, the absence of a garden or public park within the society deprives residents of green spaces for relaxation and recreation, while the lack of a swimming pool or gym area limits recreational options. These are important aspects that could significantly enhance the living experience within the society if addressed.

Good things here
A well-connected area with easy access to markets and low maintenance charges is definitely convenient. I appreciate the ample parking space and good connectivity for cabs and autos.
Things need improvement
It's not too bad living here, even though there aren't many shops nearby. Thankfully, we can order stuff online. The roads around here are alright, but sometimes the power goes out, which can be a pain. Overall, it's an okay place to live, but it could be better. We could use more amenities and better security, like CCTV cameras and a guard. And it'd be nice if we had a lift and a pool too. That would really make living here more enjoyable.
