Good things here

The society has good connectivity with Sector 13 metro station, Vishweshwara Hospital, Vegas Mall and Prominent schools. There are numerous parks nearby for jogging and fresh air. There are several markets like sector 10, DDA market sector 8 and night market in sector 14. Food joints are also in close vicinity. The society is low rise with only 3 apartments per floor. open parking is in abundance. The society has only 1 entrance get that keeps unwanted people from entering the society. Power cut is rare.

Things need improvement

The old construction, lack of basic amenities like life and covered parking is missing from this apartment. The seepage is prominent and water supply is not 24X7 you need to switch on motor in order to get the tank full. People have extended their home post ceiling making the society crowded. Lack of covered parking is a challenge.

Very Airy, Nice Location, Very close to Vegas Mall, Radisson Hotel, Metro Stations. Many Schools in range of One Kms, as also Hospitals available nearby, Markets are not too far.

nothing to mention environment friendly. no problem of conveyance. Colony easily accessible. Markets are not too far.
