Good things here
Local markets, schools , hospitals is nearby within 1-3km. Construction quality is good. Basic ameneties are there. Local shops are there within society. Its a gated society with cameras installed.

Good things here
The society maintains its building well despite government undertakings. The environment is green, and security is ensured with cameras. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, with easily accessible shops nearby.

The ongoing construction by some owners is causing issues for residents, and the limited space in the society results in frequent full parking. The flats are constructed using older methods, and there are also traffic issues in the area.

The presence of sufficient playgrounds makes it ideal for children, and the society allows dogs.
Things need improvement
The distance from the main gate to the house is considerable, and there is insufficient parking space. The presence of a large gutter requires annual refilling of gas for the AC and refrigerator, contributing to mosquito-related issues.
