Good things here

Living here has its perks that I really appreciate. We have easy access to public transportation and well-maintained roads with functional street lights, making travel hassle-free, even during occasional traffic jams. Having designated parking and daily segregated garbage collection helps keep the area clean and promotes environmental responsibility, which I value. The proper ventilation ensures fresh air circulation, and the continuous water and electricity supply adds convenience and reliability to our daily lives. Plus, the operational CCTV system gives me peace of mind regarding security. The diversity of residents, with some being very friendly, adds to the community's charm. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, I find living here quite enjoyable.

Things need improvement

Living conditions here are less than ideal due to several ongoing issues with the amenities. For example, we're dealing with persistent problems like leakage and seepage, which not only affect the appearance of the place but also pose potential hazards like slippery floors and water damage. Additionally, the presence of termites is a concern as it threatens the structural integrity of the property, potentially leading to expensive repairs and safety issues. Overall, these issues significantly detract from the comfort and quality of living in the space.

The construction quality of the society is high, with minimal issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems, indicating good maintenance standards. The security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV surveillance in place to ensure the safety of residents and their property. Lift facilities are available in the society, making it convenient for residents, especially those living in higher floors. The residents are described as friendly and cooperative, fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Good things here

The society I lived in for 5 to 6 years was very well-equipped with public transport like autos and rickshaws easily available nearby. It had malls, markets, schools, grocery stores, and hospitals in close proximity. Inside the society, there were schools, grocery stores, and a temple available. Amenities such as walking areas and play areas were also there. The society organized cultural events like Ganpati, Holi, Diwali, Durga Puja, and even South Indian cultural events. They arranged these festivals and invited all residents with proper cards. There were games and competitions for children during these events. Garbage collection was done very well, keeping the society neat and clean. Both uncovered and covered parking were available. Despite being 18 years old, the buildings (totaling 28) didn't have issues like seepage or leakage.

Things need improvement

A metro station was under construction nearby. The only drawback was that the rooms didn't have balconies. Overall, my experience in the society was excellent. It's a great place to live in.

Elevators are well-maintained, and a security guard is always available. Public transport, including buses, autos, and cabs, is easily accessible. The roads are well-kept, and a metro is being constructed nearby. Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently close. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, garden, play area, and four parks are available.

The society had a pleasant atmosphere with abundant greenery. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was a reliable 24/7 water supply. Cleanliness standards were high, and ventilation in the flats ensured ample sunlight. No issues of leakage or seepage were reported. Additionally, public transport was easily accessible from the society.
