Good things here
Close by, there are convenient shops, supermarkets, schools, and eateries. Public transportation options are easily accessible, ensuring good connectivity. The society maintains cleanliness and hygiene effectively, with timely garbage collection and pest control. Residents are amicable and united, enjoying cultural festivities together. The construction quality is commendable, experiencing few issues.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, there are concerns about dogs causing trouble on buses, and children playing in parks also face safety issues when they venture outside. These issues could be mitigated if security measures are strengthened. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool adds to the limitations of available amenities.

Good things here
Location is excellent to move out of city or inside or to Delhi. Even the best hospital and school are in vicinity.
Things need improvement
Should have more green area, a big park with jogging track, lawn tennis court and basket ball courts should have also been accommodated but sports academy just opposite to this society has sorted most of this. .

The maintenance services in the society are commendable, ensuring everything is well-kept. Cleaning efforts are thorough, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The presence of greenery adds to the pleasant ambiance. Parking is hassle-free, with allotments provided to everyone.
Things need improvement
Getting autos and cabs within the society is a bit challenging, affecting connectivity. The construction quality isn't satisfactory, with seepage issues. Moreover, there's no clubhouse available in the society.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity in the area is satisfactory, with routes linked to the main road and highway, making it convenient for commuting. A market area is nearby for residents' daily needs. Maintenance quality is good, with regular cleaning and hygiene practices followed. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available for residents to enjoy. The community spirit is strong, with friendly and cooperative residents who celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, with some seepage and leakage problems. Waterlogging on the roads is causing inconvenience. The amenities in the society are not well maintained. Personally, I had limited interaction with the neighbors.

Good things here
I left the society, but I used to live there before. The flats are suitable for small families. The connectivity is good because the society is located in a prime area. Malls and markets are easily accessible nearby. The society used to have a swimming pool and table tennis facility. The residents are nice, and the programs and events there were well-organized.
Things need improvement
The gym in the society was below standard; it wasn't high-class. Maintenance was adequate, but some residents were not prompt with their dues. Hygiene and cleanliness could have been better. The area is a bit congested and crowded.

Good things here
I'm really impressed with the connectivity here. It's very convenient for me to travel to Gurgoan, Noida, or Delhi as it's close to the main highway. Maintenance is top-notch, and the society is very clean. They do maintenance work every six months or yearly, and if there's anything that needs fixing, they inform us a week in advance. There are six towers in the building, and the construction quality is excellent. We received possession in 2009, and it's been renovated once and painted twice since then. We haven't had any issues so far. Membership is included for a lifetime, which gives access to the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. People here are very helpful and friendly. Outside the society campus, we have a salon, restaurant, grocery shops, and a chemist
Things need improvement
I haven't faced any issues in the society so far, and I can only think of greenary missing in my society.

Good things here
CCTV Camera and lifts was set up. Neighbours were really great. Connectivity was there by means of cabs and auto.
Things need improvement
Metro station is 10 kms away. Issue of leakage and seepage during rains. Gym was not functional.

Good things here
Dispite of the society being 15-16 years old the mentence team is good they have kept the society well maintained. the society is on NH24, so directly connected to elivated road toh connectivity is perfect. as the society is built a bit away from the highway so ye area thoda shaant rehta hai our society have a really good swimming pool, the best part is the seating around the swimming pool have a cozzy vibe.
Things need improvement
Peak hours mein bahar bohot traffic hota hai. rainy season mein water logging bohot zada ho jaati hai so i think that roads needs to be constructed. society mei or bahar bhi proper dranage systems nahi hai. saaf sfai itni ni rehti society mein. the gym of the society is functional but as its old its not at all maintained.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water logging and supply issues. Construction quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are mostly friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Some inconvenience is caused due to the parking lot management, People generally park there vehicles at the wrong spots.

Good things here
There is a huge wide road access right outside the building, where auto rickshaws and cabs are easily available. No issue of weak walls, there is proper hygiene taken care of in the society. Society is pet friendly

Supertech has all the basic amenities and is in great condition for the residents, no dislike towards the society
