Good things here
Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance of the society is good, and the water facility is very good. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. People are very respectable in the society. Hospitals are available nearby, including Sakara Hospital, which is very convenient for emergencies. The maintenance of the lift is very good in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are high in this society. The construction quality is very poor, and there is a sewage smell in the society. Bus services are available but are located 1-2 km far from the society. The metro is also far, about 1 km far away, and still under construction. There are internal issues, like the cleanliness of the ground floor, which is not good in the society.

The amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. Construction quality is very good, with no reported leaks or damages. Parking areas are spacious and well-managed. The local environment is peaceful and safe. Connectivity via local cabs and Uber is convenient for booking Ola and attending events. Public transportation options are accessible within a reasonable distance, making commuting very convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Overall maintenance standards are excellent, ensuring a well-kept community.
Things need improvement
There is heavy traffic outside the community. There is insufficient space for guests to park their vehicles. Additionally, ongoing construction in various parts of the city is causing noise and inconvenience.

I had a very positive experience living here. The connectivity was excellent, making commuting easy and convenient. Maintenance services were prompt and reliable, ensuring that the property was always in good condition. There were no issues with leakage or termites, which added to the peace of mind. The amenities, including the gym, pool, and clubhouse, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. Additionally, the community was friendly and welcoming
Things need improvement
One issue that affected my experience was the inadequacy of the gym equipment. There were not enough machines or equipment, which made it challenging to use the gym effectively. Additionally, the problem with stray dogs in the vicinity was a persistent issue that detracted from the overall comfort and safety of the community.

The major advantage of the society is its location on the outer ring road, with amenities like theaters, bus stops, grocery stores, and ATMs within 1 km. The road condition is good, with functional street lights and ample parking. Maintenance includes timely garbage collection, with no issues regarding water, power, or lift maintenance. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, walking track, and community hall are available. People in the community are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Cleaning is not timely, and there are issues with wall leakages in their society, highlighting areas needing improvement for better maintenance and living conditions for residents.

Bachelors are allowed in the society. Security is good. Pets are allowed. The roads near the society are well-maintained, and autos and cabs are easily accessible. The society has a gym and swimming pool that are well-maintained. Residents are decent. Festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is up to the mark, and there are no issues with water.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is very poor; the buildings are extensively damaged from the inside. There are issues with leakage and seepage. The society does not have a play area or garden. The bus stop is located far from the society.

The people are nice in the society; they talk nicely and help when needed. There is no seepage or cracks in the walls, and the houses are big and spacious. There are no issues with cleanliness; it's done on time.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities in the society like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, or park, so people cannot relax or enjoy. Connectivity is also not good; autos and rickshaws are not available nearby, and one has to go far to find them.

Cleanliness was up to the mark. Water was available 24/7. Residents were cooperative. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. Public transport was easily available.

The area near the society had some traffic issues. The society was not connected to the highway. There was no metro station near the society yet; it was under construction.

One of the greatest apartments in the area. There is a swimming pool, a gym, two badminton courts, and play places for youngsters. There is a generator in case the power goes out. The structure is well-maintained, and there is a good committee that looks after it.
