Good things here
Living here is really convenient. The connectivity is excellent with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs, and the well-maintained roads make commuting a breeze. It's great having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and each resident having designated parking adds to the convenience. The society maintains good discipline with rules being followed, and amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. The neighbors are very friendly, creating a pleasant community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
However, there are areas that need improvement. There seems to be a lot of mismanagement in society maintenance, particularly with garbage collection. The construction quality is poor, as evidenced by frequent seepage issues throughout the society. Additionally, security measures need improvement as they are currently not up to the mark. Despite these concerns, everything else about living here is generally satisfactory.

Good things here
The metro station is near the society. Garbage collection is on time, and maintenance of the lift, CCTV, and security is done very well. The monthly maintenance charge for a 3BHK is Rs. 6000. The garden has lush greenery. The construction quality is good; there are no issues with seepage or leakage in the society. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Ganpati are celebrated here. There are plenty of shops nearby such as grocery stores, medical shops, malls, and restaurants. Covered parking is available in the society. All amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden are available, and maintenance is also very good.
Things need improvement
The only issue is during the rainy season when there is some waterlogging near the society gate. Otherwise, everything else is excellent in the society.

Good things here
Maintenance of the society is nice, and its upkeep is good. There are no leaks or issues, demonstrating their commitment to maintenance. Connectivity was very good, reflecting efficient transportation with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and kind.
Things need improvement
Everything was good and well-maintained, but there were no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Otherwise, everything was good and well-maintained.

Good things here
Pets are allowed in the society. The lifts are well-maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Festivals are celebrated, and the residents are cooperative and friendly. Water is available 24/7. There is enough parking for both visitors and residents. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Public transport is easily accessible from the society, and there is no traffic issue.
Things need improvement
Bachelors are not allowed to reside in the society. There are issues with leakage, seepage, and cracks in some flats, indicating that the construction quality of the society is not up to the mark.

Good things here
Here in the society public transport is easily accessible, including buses, autos, and cabs. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. There is also regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Electricity and water supply are 24 hrs available. My neighbours are also friendly and supportive who help each other in times of need.
Things need improvement
There is no common parking available here and there is termite and seepage issues, which occur during the rainy season. Additionally, there are no amenities available nearby.

Good things here
Public transport is nearby and convenient. There are no problems with water leaks or seepage. The neighborhood has all the modern facilities, and the residents are friendly. Water supply is reliable round the clock, and there's enough parking for everyone. The maintenance fees are reasonable, and the elevators work well.
Things need improvement
In our community, we occasionally experience power cuts, where the electricity goes out for short periods of time, which can be inconvenient.

Good things here
They left the mentioned society a few time back. Maintenance achi thi perfect thi , usme koi issues nahi the. Garbage collection hota tha wahan time se. Amenities like swimming pool, gym sab tha wahan. Connectivity was nice , Public transport mil jata tha. Metro bhi tha paas mein.
Things need improvement
Seepgae/leakage ka issue tha society mein. Myone walo ka construction tha toh yeh seepage ka issue toh rehta tha.

Good things here
They left the society 3years back, Main road pe society tha, water logging, electricity supply, water supply and seepage issue nhi tha, Gym, clubhouse, tennis court, swimming pool was inside, people very quite cool.
Things need improvement
Sometimes plaster falls off when trying to put a nail in the wall. rest society was good, only plaster used was not of good quality.
