Good things here
The area offers well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area. Water facilities are excellent with 24/7 availability, and there is reliable power backup in the society. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups, and parking facilities are excellent, including separate visitor parking. Residents are highly satisfied with the society, benefiting from nearby Manipal Hospital for emergencies and reasonable maintenance charges. The community atmosphere is enjoyable, fostering easy socialization among neighbors. Security is robust with round-the-clock presence of security guards. The area boasts lush greenery, adding to its appeal and tranquility.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in our society is subpar, particularly with issues arising from old building structures affecting the pipes. Public transportation options are not easily accessible, as bus routes are inconveniently located.

Good things here
The location of the society was great, with malls and restaurants nearby reachable within 20 minutes. I could easily find Ola, Uber, or autos through online booking. I didn't face any issues with leakage or seepage in the society. The cleanliness and hygiene were well-maintained. The residents were cooperative, and we celebrated festivals together. Water supply was available 24/7 for drinking.
Things need improvement
The society was a bit old, so there were some cracks visible on the walls, and the lifts occasionally had issues. Public transport like buses or the metro wasn't available directly outside the society.

Good things here
The society is very well-maintained with clean lifts, regular cleaning and garbage collection. The construction is solid with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks. The neighbours are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together.
Things need improvement
No public transport available nearby but uber , ola are available for the transport that's the only issue regarding the connectivity of the society. No other issues in the society regarding anything.

The society's neighbours are cordial, and the provision of power and water is not problematic. Excellent security is in place, and safety is guaranteed by on-duty officers. There are commercial centres and malls close by, and there are no issues with stray animals.
Things need improvement
No one in the society faces any issues; everything is perfectly fine and functions well. All necessary services and amenities are very close by, making them easily accessible. Additionally, all tasks and needs are promptly taken care of.

Schools, temples, and a few hospitals are conveniently located within a 1 to 2 km radius, ensuring easy access to essential services. Maintenance is a priority, with regular checks on electricity and pipeline issues, as well as a strong focus on cleanliness and effective waste management. The society boasts a reliable water supply, and all major amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and pool are well-maintained and hygienic.

In this society, there are some minor drawbacks, such as construction quality not being up to the mark and occasional maintenance issues.

What a beautiful place to call home. It must have a world-class facility including a basketball court, cricket field, outdoor workout station, tennis court, and much more. You'll discover all of the basic amenities for modern life inside the confines of your home. The apartments are spacious, bright, and flooded with natural light.

If you're looking for a home, here's where you can go. I can assure you that they have world-class amenities in comparison to others in the neighbourhood. The setting is excellent for both families and small groups of people. It is centrally positioned place, near to all of the city's amenities.

You know, I always knew that It is a premier brand and they will do a good job. It finds its genesis in this approach. They have provided an excellent atmosphere for this project. I will give them a 5-star rating, it feels like staying in a fairy tale. All units are oriented towards the outside, which allows a minimum of common walls, uninterrupted private views, and abundant natural light and ventilation. A compact 4-unit core configuration allows for optimal density with maximum efficiency. All towers are established in the master plan, to provide a large common green for the entire development, flanked by the clubhouse. This becomes the first visual reference for a resident or visitor. The cellular signal is satisfying.
