Good things here
The biggest plus point about this society is that it has 65% open space. It has over 3 gardens which is so rare these days, The best part is that it's going to be a 5 min walk from the new Karjat Panvel railway line station
Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Good celebration of festivities
Things need improvement
A few things is that garbage disposing issues as it's under gram panchayat. But in a few years time it will be under nagar pallika
