for me the maintenance should improve and construction quality also. Heavy monsoon means some water accumulation in area but safety level is very good and so is mobile network for me at least.

They are anyway charging a lot. Also we have not got municipal water so authority should look into this. I will give 50-50 rating to the project overall. Just hope it keeps improving in future.

I mean location is safe and secure. Overall safety and security is good enough although some monsoon waterlogging issues will be there.
