Good things here
The society offers parking facilities, and there is uninterrupted 24-hour supply of water and electricity. It is cleaned and well-maintained, with timely garbage collection. Neighbors are decent and interactive. The building does not have any issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is quite poor as buses, autos, and rickshaws are located far from the society. I often have to walk a considerable distance to find an auto and sometimes wait for extended periods away from the society.

Good things here
The society offers a comprehensive range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, park, and children's swings. There are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage, and the building is structurally sound. Cleaning is conducted promptly, and garbage collection is regular. Security is robust, with active guards present at all times.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is poor as autos, buses, and rickshaws are not readily available nearby, necessitating a longer journey to access them. Additionally, grocery and general stores are not conveniently located, requiring travel to obtain daily necessities.

Good things here
The neighbors are nice; they talk well and are helpful. The society has all the amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden where people can relax. The maintenance is also good; it stays clean and tidy, and there is no dirt around.
Things need improvement
Auto, bus, and rickshaw are not easily available. We have to wait a long time and walk a bit far to get them. There are also issues with construction in some places, like leakage and seepage problems, where water drips in certain spots.

Good things here
This society has great connectivity with availability of autos, cabs and hospitals nearby. No issue in the maintenance of lifts, water , electricity supply or garbage collection. No major issues in the leakage, seepage, cracks and ventilation. It has all the amenities required like swimming pool, gym, park and clubhouse. People in the neighbourhood are quite friendly , they celebrates festivals together.
Things need improvement
There can be some minor issues related to leakage, seepage but they are managed on time as the maintenance of society is quite good . There are no other issues in the society that i faced.

Good things here
Cabs and autos are available in the society through online booking. There is an IT hub near the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities. Water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is maintained. The residents are decent and educated.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges in the society are a bit high. The road outside the society has some waterlogging issues during the rainy season. There is traffic jam near the society. There is no auto or bus stand near the society.

Good things here
The society has basement parking, good ventilation with no seepage, two elevators (one passenger and one service), spacious and well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and play area, cooperative people, good cleanliness, and a child-friendly environment.
Things need improvement
Transportation is not so good due to huge traffic problems during peak hours and refusals by Ola and auto services, and there is a need for a shuttle to reach the main road due to a shortage of public transport.

Good things here
All festivals are celebrated in the society. The residents are decent. The lifts are maintained. Maintenance charges are justified. Water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is maintained. All modern amenities are available. There is no issue of leakage or seepage. Public transport is easily accessible, and a metro station is currently under construction near the society.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are not well-maintained, and there is a lot of waterlogging during the rainy season. There is a traffic issue near the society due to the nearby tech park.

The construction quality is top-notch, with no issues of seepage or leaks, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not only available but also well-maintained for residents' enjoyment. The parking area is spacious, including a separate visitor parking section, which enhances convenience for guests. We benefit from a reliable water facility operating 24/7 and consistent power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, conducted daily within the society. The apartments are well-ventilated, contributing to a comfortable living environment for all residents.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges in our society are quite high, currently set at around 5000 rupees, which is a concern for residents. The nearby metro is under construction, which may offer future convenience once completed. However, current public transportation options, such as buses, are located approximately 2 km away, posing an inconvenience. Additionally, traffic outside the society adds to the challenges faced by residents on a daily basis.

The water facility is very good, available 24/7, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with wet and dry waste separated. However, visitor parking is limited. The society offers good shopping options, including stores like Big Bazaar, making shopping convenient. Schools are nearby, and the presence of offices in the vicinity is very convenient. Pets are allowed in the society, making it pet-friendly and convenient for pet owners.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are quite expensive in this society, around 9000 rupees, which is very inconvenient. There is also an issue with stray dogs, which adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, there is a lot of traffic around the area, making it very inconvenient for residents.
