Good things here
There are no problems with leaks or dampness, and the construction quality is good. We have all the modern amenities, which are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. There's plenty of parking space available for everyone.
Things need improvement
Visitors to the society need to park their vehicles outside as there is no parking available for them. Malls and restaurants are not within walking distance; they are a bit far away. Public transport buses do not operate directly from outside the society.

Good things here
The swimming pool, gym, and play area are well-maintained for residents to enjoy. The community is made up of good, decent residents. The society is clean and well-kept. Flats are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. There is also an adequate supply of water available.
Things need improvement
Autos are not easily available near the society during early mornings and nights. Recently, seepage has started near the bathroom in my flat, which requires attention. The garden and clubhouse also need maintenance work.

Having resided in this society for the past 15 years, I can attest to its overall positive living experience. The connectivity is excellent, with nearby access to metro, bus services, and a railway station, ensuring convenient local transportation. The amenities provided are modern and comprehensive, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, park, and more, all of which are diligently maintained and fully operational by the maintenance team. Festivals and functions are celebrated with enthusiasm, fostering a vibrant and cooperative social atmosphere among residents. Furthermore, the society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply, as well as allocated parking for residents' convenience. With ample greenery throughout the premises, the ambiance is serene and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to a peaceful living environment.
Things need improvement
The apartment's build quality leaves much to be desired, as it suffers from recurrent issues such as leakages and seepages throughout the society. While the builder previously covered the costs of repairs, responsibility has now shifted to individual owners post-handover, and maintenance efforts have been inadequate in addressing these ongoing concerns. Furthermore, the society faces challenges in providing adequate visitor parking spaces, with only five spots available overall.

One of the best aspects of this society is the very friendly neighbors who make the community feel welcoming. For security, we have CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, which is very reassuring. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport options like buses, autosrickshaws, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition as well. Garbage collection is regular and well-managed, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Schools and hospitals are nearby, adding to the convenience. Each resident has assigned parking, and the rules are strictly followed, ensuring order in the parking. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and we enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or leakage, flats are spacious & proper ventilation is provided with ample of sunlight. Modern amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. There are a lot of pets in the community, but they are well-behaved and don�t cause any harm.
Things need improvement
One downside is the high maintenance charges, which can be a bit burdensome. Additionally, the market is a little far, making it somewhat inconvenient for daily shopping needs. These issues can be a bit frustrating and could use some improvement. Rest, everything is excellant.

We have the privilege of having very friendly neighbors, with whom we share a long-standing bond and celebrate every festival together. The presence of well-maintained elevators, CCTV cameras, and round-the-clock security guards provides us with a sense of safety and security. Transportation options like buses, autos, and cabs are readily available, thanks to our excellent connectivity and well-maintained roads. Essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. The construction quality of our homes is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termite infestation, and proper ventilation ensures a comfortable living environment. Each resident enjoys designated parking, and community rules are diligently followed, ensuring orderliness within our neighborhood. Additionally, we benefit from regular garbage collection with efficient segregation, as well as uninterrupted access to electricity and water. The modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, offering residents ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Things need improvement
We have no significant dislikes to mention, only the gym needs a little more maintainance and gates of the society are also not numbered so problem arises regarding telling cab drivers from which gate is entrance at what time.

Elevators that run smoothly and reliable electricity and water supply make everyday life stress-free. The construction quality here is top-notch, with no issues like seepage or termite infestation. Additionally, the proper ventilation and sunlight make our homes comfortable. Plus, modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse add a touch of better culture.

While there's a lot to love about living here, there's one thing that's been a bit of a letdown � the availability of auto cabs. It can be frustrating when you're in need of quick transportation, and there's none to be found. It's a small hiccup, but it can definitely be inconvenient at times.

The neighbors are very nice and friendly; we celebrate each festival together, which creates a strong community bond. There are sometimes seepage and termite issues in some flats, which can be a concern. Additionally, there is a need for more parking space as people are buying more and more vehicles. These are some improvements that can be made from my side.

The community was renowned for its inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, characterized by warm and friendly residents. Enhanced security features, such as surveillance cameras and reliable elevators, ensured a safe living environment. Amenities like gyms swimming pool and clubhouse were there. And it was well maintained. Additionally, residents had convenient access to telecommunication and internet services.
Things need improvement
Overall, the society was well-kept and in good condition. The residents were friendly and cooperative. Construction quality waa not so smooth. There was a issue of seepage and leakage that should be improve.

The maintenance of the society is good buildings are constructed well, ensuring both strength and safety. There are numerous amenities to enjoy, such as gyms, pools, and a clubhouse, making life here quite well. Transportation is convenient with available buses, autorikhshaws and there is a railway station nearby. Ample parking space adds to the convenience for car owners. Everything you need is nearby, including grocery stores, schools, pharmacies, and healthcare services.

Connectivity is not so smooth in the society everything is good and well maintained but the connectivity was not so smooth the grocery shops were in a few minutes distance also there is a problem of seepage and leakage in the society. Construction quality should be improve.

All required facilities are available near the society; there's a railway station nearby, and it's easy to find auto-rickshaws and cabs, and maintenance services are provided on time with no power cuts. I haven't encountered any leakage issues so far, and the construction quality is good.
Things need improvement
It would be convenient to have an in-house market facility as walking 1 kilometer to the market can be a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I haven't faced any problems in the society yet; it's quite a good place, especially�Godrej�society.
