Good things here
Safe gated community, well maintained. Kids have a good play area and seniors too have a spacious sit outs for chit chat.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Residents pay maintenance in time
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Adequate water

Functioning swimming pool
Large clubhouse & spacious gym
Things need improvement
Mosquitoes in the evening, other than that nothing much to complain. Moving in and moving out charges are levied.
