Good things here
Location is good though immediate locality is shabby. Nearby tech parks. Can get buses and cabs easily.

Things need improvement
The society management has a lot of dark sides. The society manager will have his commissions everywhere and is more of a mafia rather than a manager. A large drain passes right in the centre of the apartment leading to a lot of mosquitos and unhygienic conditions around. Incorporative staff and security. Basic amenities like gym and door to door waste collection is not available. The maintenance varies from 4000-4500. Water supply totally dependent on tankers. No gues parking or available parking space outside the apartment. The car garage right outside the main gate leads to a lot of noise 24x7
