The nearby market provides easy access to essential goods and services, while the proximity of the metro station adds to the connectivity. Traffic flow around the society is smooth, with well-maintained roads contributing to hassle-free commuting. The society is meticulously maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene practices in place. Regular garbage collection and timely pest control further ensure a clean and hygienic environment. Residents enjoy uninterrupted water supply and electricity, with no reported issues. Maintenance charges are affordable, adding to the appeal of the society. The construction quality is commendable, with no issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems reported. The security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring residents' safety. Elevators are installed and maintained properly for added convenience. Proper balconies provide residents with outdoor space, and facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The overall neighborhood is pleasant, contributing to a positive living experience for residents.
Things need improvement
I'm glad to say that I haven't encountered any issues in the society so far, and I don't see any immediate areas for improvement. Everything seems to be running smoothly, which is great for our living experience.

Good things here
I used to stay there 5 years ago, and it was a fantastic experience. The society had excellent connectivity, top-notch maintenance, solid construction, great amenities, and a friendly neighborhood. It was a new building equipped with all amenities, including proper CCTV surveillance, security guards, and ample parking. Additionally, there was a power backup generator, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply during outages. Overall, it was a well-rounded place to live with all modern conveniences.
Things need improvement
I used to live there 5 years ago, and it was a great place overall. The connectivity was excellent, maintenance was top-notch, and construction quality was solid. The society had all the amenities one could ask for, including proper CCTV coverage, security guards, ample parking space, and a power backup generator. The neighborhood was also very friendly. It was a new building with everything you could need.

Good things here
The construction quality was good, with proper ventilation and no issues of seepage or leakage. There were no problems with water logging or network issues. Cleaning and hygiene maintenance were well taken care of. We had a play area and garden in our society. Nearby, there were malls, markets, local shops, and grocery stores available. The lifts, CCTV, and security systems worked well without any problems. We celebrated all festivals like Holi and Diwali together and enjoyed them. Parking was available in the society.
Things need improvement
However, autos were not available directly outside the society; we had to walk to the main road to find them. I didn't feel safe walking through the narrow lane to the main road as people under the influence of alcohol were often roaming around. The lane was not very crowded.

Ventilation was good here, Garbage collection facilities were also provided by the society. culture of this society was very good. It felt very good when all members of the society celebrate the festivals together, people were literally very good. Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything was provided and it was well maintained. no issues regarding electricals supply, etc. there were no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities were also okay, CCTV's are there. Autos and cabs were easily accessible , parking space was also sufficient. It was really a good experience living in this society.
Things need improvement
There were issues with water supply, water used to come at specific time during the day, which posed major problem. Apart from these, Everything was nice and well maintained.

Good things here
On the positive side, the swimming pool was spacious and well-maintained, and there were also parks and gardens. I never encountered any issues with construction; high-quality materials were used, so there were no problems with seepage or leakage. Therefore, emphasis should be placed on cleanliness�in�the�society.
Things need improvement
The narrowness of the lanes outside the society occasionally caused traffic congestion. The lift often malfunctioned, suggesting inadequate maintenance. While a gym was available, it was relatively small. Given the prevalence of pigeons in Mumbai, the pool would frequently become dirty as it was open, emphasizing the need for increased cleanliness measures.

Former resident swimming pool was maintained properly which was the plus point of the society. painting and parking was decent. autorickshaw used to get easily available .
Things need improvement
While living there . they faced issue of drinking water and power cut. Drinking water was main concern. . No metro were there when they were living in the society.
