Good things here
The road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. CCTV are installed all over the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together. play area for kids and gym is only available as amenities.
Things need improvement
Most of the times public transport are not available, personal car has to be used for travelling. Most of the time elevators are not maintained and maintenance is not done on time. The construction quality of the buildings are not good as it is old. seapage and leakage issues has happened a lot. All Amenities like swimmingpool, park, club house are not available in the society.

Receiving timely responses most of the time is a relief. Connectivity seems convenient with auto services readily available, and the overall safety of the locality is reassuring. While there aren't any seepage leakage issues in my flat, it's concerning that it's present in the building. However, security measures are effective, which brings some peace of mind. It's great that there's a swimming pool and gym available, along with regular cleaning services.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is currently at an average level, but efforts are underway to improve it in various aspects, which is promising. The frequent issues with lift functioning are frustrating, despite repeated calls for maintenance. Yet, being an older society, it's understandable that some aspects might need attention, such as the lack of annual building touch-ups and painting. It seems like there's room for improvement.

The society conducts regular plantation activities each year, enhancing the greenery. The lifts are properly maintained, ensuring smooth operation. Water supply is available round the clock, providing convenience to residents. Cultural festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, fostering community spirit among the decent residents. There are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage. Access to public transport is convenient, facilitating easy commuting.
Things need improvement
Power cuts pose a significant issue in our society, with frequent outages and fluctuations in lighting causing inconvenience. Unfortunately, there's no power backup for flats, only for common areas. Moreover, visitors don't have access to inside parking; they must park outside the premises.

Good things here
Public transport like autos, buses, and cabs are nearby. Local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are accessible. Roads and street lights are in good condition. The society has a reliable drainage system, good maintenance services, and timely garbage collection. Rooms are well-ventilated, elevators function properly, and CCTV cameras are operational.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area. Due to a limited population, there are no events or festivals celebrated within the community.

Good things here
There are schools and hospitals are near by the society. Society is well maintained,proper water supply is there in the society. Security is good in the society. All the festivals are celebrated,good socialism in the society. All the modern amenities are there gym and kids play area and swimming pool and club house. Allocated parking for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Ola,uber are available near by the society but auto are hard to approach near by the society. Construction of the some apartment has become old but there are crack on wall in newly constructed building,old construction was good.

Good things here
I used my personal vehicles, so I never had connectivity issues. Ola and Uber were readily available. Garbage collection was properly done, and the society was clean. Water supply was satisfying, and power cuts were not an issue. All modern amenities were present, and there was a garden.
Things need improvement
The society was located a bit deeper, so autos and buses were not readily available there. Power backup was not provided in the flats. There were no walking tracks for walking.

Good things here
Huge balconies and connecting gallaries. The entry gate is well manned 24X7. The water supply is good. There is a decent size green area in the society. Palm trees and well maintained grass gives it a homely look. The clubhouse is well maintained although the furnishing could be better. People spend evening with friends at the open area in front of the clubhouse. The swimming pool is decent. Seperate for adults and kids.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the amenities should also be enhanced,gym is below average and swimming pool of the society is fuctional only during summers. power back up has been given to common areas only.

Auto,cabs facilities are available near by the apartment .even tough the railway station is near bythe society.society has power back up and even tough no extra charges are being taken .kids play area is quite big and all the amenities are working well maintained .24/7 water supply has been given .
Things need improvement
We dont face any problem usually and if any kind of problem occures we cordinate with the secretary and chairmen.

Excellent public transportation is accessible in Hadapsar, a lovely neighbourhood in Pune. There are several reputable colleges and universities. There is no interruption in the supply of water or electricity. There are several street lights.
