Sector 13 is a nice neighbourhood because it has excellent amenities all around. Here, real estate is reasonably priced. Within the neighbourhood, marketplaces and schools are located. The roads are kept up well. There are numerous streetlights. Although the connectivity is excellent, this location is not at all secure.
